The Boeing 744 Jet (a modification of the Boeing 747-400) is an aircraft that combines the best of its predecessor, which for several decades occupied the palm in the world of air travel. The production of the Boeing 747-400, which began back in 1985, continued until 2009, and such a long life of these machines is due to the excellent combination of powerful, low-noise engines and high capacity.

A distinctive feature of these liners was the balance achieved by the developers between reducing the cost of transporting people, but at the same time providing sufficient comfort for most passengers. Therefore, the project of these aircraft was not closed, but modified by adding modern components and engines. This is how the Boeing 744 Jet was born.

Boeing 744 is an economical airliner. The designers managed to find a successful combination of powerful engines that do not consume too much fuel during operation. Prior to the release of the Airbus 380, the Boeing 747 was considered the largest passenger airliner, since it could accommodate 524 people. Boeings occupy a significant share of the aircraft fleet of most of the world's leading airlines, because they are economical, unpretentious and, with a high capacity, overcome more than 14 thousand kilometers without refueling.

The designers of Boeing aircraft solved an extremely difficult task - they got rid of strong noise in flight. For this, new motors have been designed and our own development of materials for noise suppression is applied.

The Boeing 744 has two decks. The upper one is the least spacious and includes business class seats and a small share of budget seats. The lower one is a place for traveling only for economy class passengers.

It is logical to assume that the most comfortable seats in Boeing are located on the upper deck. But it is worth noting that the modification of the Boeing 744 is different in that the developers took into account the dissatisfaction of some passengers and reduced the number of uncomfortable seats.

The most convenient places

It is clear that business class chairs are the softest, there are large monitors in the headrests, the aisles between the seats are wide, the chair can be easily lowered and allows you to lie down comfortably. But you have to pay for comfort, so these tickets are more expensive than others.

However, if you buy an economy class ticket to the upper deck, you will receive no less amenities.

The fifth row of economy class on the upper deck differs from other places in that the aisle in front of the seats is even wider than in business class. The screens are slightly smaller diagonally, but it is almost not noticeable.
