The airline flight is official. Aviation company Polet

flew from Vnukovo to Yekaterinburg - for 13 kg of luggage they charged 2000 rubles, while the ticket cost 2600 rubles (bought at Domodedovo 8 hours before departure), while another passenger with me was charged 5000 rubles for transporting a guitar in hand luggage - for an oversized piece of luggage, he was shocked because it (the guitar) wasn't worth the money
It makes sense to fly if you take your time and lightly

greetings from Ulyanovsk, what do you all want? The company hasn’t paid wages since March, not a penny, and today it’s already October, that’s all, what service from hunger and instability to everyone, greetings from the hungry and cold Ulyanovsk workers of JSC AK Polet

I also decided to leave my review about the Polet airline - it completely sucks!
Our flight on August 31 from Belgorod to Domodedovo was canceled for unknown reasons, when we came to the representative office in Belgorod to investigate, we were told that the flight was canceled for technical reasons and what in return? They offered to fly from Voronezh, when we asked about a hotel or a bus to Voronezh, we were told at our own expense. What about the fact that the carrier has to deliver the passengers??? They asked to be transferred to another airline, again buy a ticket at your own expense. We couldn’t even return the ticket (since it was bought very far away)! In our case, the problem is that our tickets were paid for by the organization and how can we explain to the accounting department why the flight is from Voronezh when the tickets are from Belgorod???
Why such an airline that absolutely does not care about its customers?!
And one more thing: we were lucky that we were warned in advance (we realized this later) at the representative office, the girl was not warned about the cancellation of the flight, she came to check-in - there they told her - you are not flying, but she has a connecting flight to Moscow then to London, and again all at your own expense! I truly felt sorry for her. So think about whether to fly or not to fly. "Flight"

A flight that Polet canceled without warning passengers - for example, the July 31 flight to St. Petersburg. Because of this, my mother-in-law and I were forced to overpay money (about 70,000) in order to catch the required connection in St. Petersburg - we had to fly through Moscow.
Oleg, [email protected]

Stupid situation! We tried to fly to Belgorod on 07/21/14. Two hours before departure, we checked in at the registration desk. to Domodedovo, then sat opposite the exit for about an hour. It turned out that the exit had been changed. Info. on the board at the exit did not change, the announcements were loud, we simply did not hear or missed it, the woman at the exit said - I called everyone))). No information on the flight company’s website about the change was checked either. As a result, we were 5 minutes late for boarding. In general, it’s your own fault, go to the cashier, we won’t do anything else. There are no seats at the ticket office for all flights for this day, but there are seats for flights of another company, but you have to buy new tickets there and another option is to wait 5 hours until the end of check-in for the next flight, maybe someone there will refuse or be late. I express my gratitude to the Domodedovo employee at exit 55A and the representative of “Polyot” for “PROFESSIONALISM, responsiveness and customer focus”)))
I HOPE THAT COMPANIES WITH A BAD ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE AND THEIR BUSINESS WILL JUST GO BURN!!!

In mid-May (!!) I purchased a ticket for the flight on August 1st St. Petersburg - Vilnius.
The vacation was planned in advance, the hotel in Vilnius was booked.
On July 6th, the manager of the Polet airline called me and said that the flight was cancelled. The conversation went something like this:

Why was the flight cancelled?
- Our airline does not operate flights to this route
- If you do not fly in this direction, then why are you selling tickets??
- We don’t hire a full salon... it’s not profitable for us

But it’s probably profitable to live on the commission from these tickets??!! After all, a refund of the full cost of the ticket was promised (minus a fee of 499 rubles!). "Lovely!" There are no alternatives - no other departure day, no flights to nearby cities (I already agreed to even this).
And to hell with him, with this collection. But there are other losses! Hotel reservations, blocking vacation days, shaking on the side of the train! (there are no other tickets left!).

In general, the impressions are negative! And what’s also unpleasant is that on the main page of “Flight” my flight is still listed as REGULAR.

The Russian airline Polet was founded in 1988, its base is located at Voronezh Chertovitskoye Airport. Polet became the first private airline in Russia. It specializes in international passenger and freight transport. Since 2002, the company has additionally offered aeromedical and agricultural services, as well as airbrushing. The owner of 100% of the shares is Anatoly Karpov.

The Poljot airline's fleet consists of 12 aircraft: five SAAB-2000, five SAAB-340B and two An-148-100E. In 2014, passenger turnover on the company's regular flights decreased significantly, and therefore, from November 25, the company's management suspended regular passenger flights.

Charter transportation

The Pollet company employs professionals who have extensive experience in the field of air transportation, so efficiency, safety and a high level of service are guaranteed. The airline operates charter flights using SAAB-340B and SAAB-2000 aircraft.

The SAAB-340B aircraft seats 34 passengers and is designed for short-haul flights. Without refueling, it is capable of covering 1,400 km, with a cruising speed of 460 km/h.

The SAAB-2000 aircraft is used for medium-haul flights; the aircraft cabin is designed for 50 passengers. Without refueling, the aircraft covers 2,300 km, and the cruising speed is 650 km.

You can order a charter by leaving an electronic request at [email protected] or [email protected].

Freight transportation

Cargo transportation is carried out by the world's largest production aircraft An-124-100. The aircraft is capable of transporting 7–9 engineering and technical personnel and 120 tons of cargo. The cargo compartment dimensions are 43.45 m long, 6.4 m wide and 4.4 m high. The size of the cargo hatches (front and rear) is 6.4 x 4.4 m.

The aircraft allows you to transport large and extra-heavy cargo, for example: production lines, modular power plants, machine tools, spacecraft, boiler rooms, wheeled and tracked vehicles. Polet Airlines delivered about 150 spacecraft (Russian and foreign) to the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Today, regular customers for the transportation of equipment are the space agencies of the USA, Japan, India, Europe, and Canada. In addition, Polet's aircraft regularly transport mobile transport of UN peacekeepers.

The airline also cooperates with private organizations; An-124-100 aircraft are able to transport combines, tractors, yachts, metro cars, etc.

Aeromedical services

Polet Airlines offers the service of urgent medical delivery of a patient to a specialized hospital, as well as transportation of medical equipment. Flights are possible at any time of the day; for urgent flights there is a special duty team.

Based on the unscheduled inspection report dated November 28, 2014. I order to suspend the air operator certificate of CJSC "Polet Aviation Company", - noted in the order of the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

The Russian airline Polet was founded in 1988 as the first private airline in the USSR. Today, Polet Airlines operates both regional flights within the country and international scheduled flights.

Development and activities of Polet airline

Since its founding, the company has had various stages of development. The company had its greatest success after 2010. So in 2011, it was able to transport more than 270 thousand passengers, which is 150% of the passenger turnover of the previous year. As for cargo, here too the company was successful, since Polet airline’s cargo turnover increased to 264,743 tons.

In the winter of 2011, the company transported its millionth passenger. All this became possible only due to the introduction of more aircraft into operation. It was this year that the company received two An-148-100E passenger airliners. In addition, the company used other aircraft that were leased.

Despite the success of previous years, 2014 brought a huge decline in the volume of transportation of both cargo and passengers. The situation worsened so much that cargo transportation by the Pilot company was completely stopped. All this led to material damage and huge debts. The company's employees did not receive wages for a long time. Already in November 2014, passenger flights were also closed. Further investigation of the company revealed that it could not comply with all operation and maintenance requirements. Because of this, this air operator certificate was suspended. In April 2015, Polet Airlines' certificate was revoked.

During the entire period of the airline’s operation in the air transportation market of the Russian Federation, only three incidents dangerous for passengers were recorded. The first case occurred with a Saab-2000 type aircraft in 2009, which was flying on the Voronezh-Yerevan route. After takeoff, malfunctions were discovered, which led to the return of the device to the Voronezh airport.

The second incident occurred with an An-24 aircraft in April 2010, which was flying from Moscow to Voronezh. The glass in the device cracked at an altitude of 4 kilometers, which led to depressurization of the cabin. However, the car was able to land safely, and none of the passengers or crew were injured.

In the summer of 2010, another Saab-2000 of the airline with 49 passengers on board was forced to make an emergency landing immediately after takeoff. The professionalism of the pilots made it possible to save the lives of passengers and the integrity of the aircraft.

According to data from the beginning of 2013, the aircraft fleet of Polet Airlines consists of 18 aircraft:

    1 aircraft type BAE-125-800.

Some aircraft are reserved, and flights are carried out on 14 aircraft.

In addition to passenger transportation, Polet airline has proven itself in cargo transportation, carrying it out on aircraft such as the An-124 Ruslan.

The airline's route network primarily affects such cities of the Russian Federation as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, etc. International tourist flights are carried out to countries such as Spain, Italy, UAE, Israel, etc.

AIRPLANE:

I was looking forward to flying the SAAB-2000 with great interest. Before him, he had experience flying on propeller-driven aircraft Fokker 50 and AN-28. I will say right away that the SAAB seemed to me an order of magnitude higher, and in my personal preference rating it took (shared) an honorable first place with my favorite Boeing 757-200. What did you like?

1. Very smooth takeoff and landing. The plane seems to hover over the runway. There is a feeling of confidence in this plane. For those who suffer from aerophobia, it is better to start flying this type.
2. Since the flight altitude is lower than that of turbo-jet aircraft, my ears never got blocked during the whole time. We took off in the evening on a sunny day, and had a wonderful one-hour sightseeing tour of the Roossi Black Earth Region at a bird's eye view. Subjectively, the flight feels very comfortable, there is no fatigue. To be fair, I will say that we flew there and back in ideal weather conditions; how the plane will behave in cloudy conditions, especially stormy ones, is not known.
3. The salon is very cozy, neat, pleasant colors, leather chairs, can accommodate 50 people. There are two rows of seats on the right, and only one on the left (preferably). The trump spot in the tail is 17A (flying both there and back), excellent visibility. I have never flown (not yet grown up, but growing )) on business aircraft, but I can compare it with the business class of UT-AIR and TRANSAERO. The feelings are the same.
4. Back in Domodedovo, I did a mini-survey of passengers flying with me. The opinion is this: for propeller-driven aircraft it is very quiet and comfortable, I would add that it surpasses the TU-154 in noise level. When the plane arrived in Belgorod from Moscow, many passengers rushed to take pictures of it.
5. My conclusion: a very successful aircraft for short lines, more of them.

I express my gratitude for the excellent piloting:
PO775 03.09.07 PIC-Perevozchikov Viktor Petrovich Second pilot - Shagiryanov Rodion
PO776 04.09.07 PIC - Vashchenko Sergey Ivanovich Second pilot - Ivan

Special thanks to the flight attendants. The girls are from Voronezh and were able to create a very cozy and homely atmosphere in the salon.
Gratitude: PO775 09/03/07 Inna and Alena PO776 09/04/07 Kitaeva Anya and Korchagina Natalya - a very beautiful and graceful flight attendant

AIRLINE
In my opinion, the company occupies a very successful segment of the air transportation market - short-haul lines, which today is not filled, and the demand for these services is growing. Considering the interesting fleet and excellent staff, I would like to wish success to all airline employees. Successful work and soft landings!

Polet International Airlines has come a long way in development. Appearing on the market in 1988, it grew rapidly - from a small company to one of the most famous freight carriers both in Russia and abroad.

With a unique fleet of An-124-100 Ruslan aircraft, the Polet company occupies one of the leading positions in the market for the delivery of large and oversized cargo. This specific segment of cargo transportation is growing rapidly, allowing the company to develop dynamically. In 1999, a license was obtained from the US Department of Transportation to operate Ruslans in America and then in Canada. This enabled the company to adequately declare itself on the world market. AK Polet is officially registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and has the opportunity to fly around the world without restrictions. Currently, our aircraft are capable of operating in any geographical latitude and transporting cargo over long distances. Six An-124-100 Ruslan aircraft are capable of transporting unique cargo to any point on the planet.

“Being the best is possible; staying the best is exactly what the goal is. We applaud Polet for the outstanding achievements it has demonstrated in remaining at the top of its game,” said Kieran Ring, Executive Director of the Institute of Transport Management and Chairman of the Transport Committee. The Polet company continues to grow, improve and improve the quality of its services.

The company's serious reputation attracts reliable partners and regular customers. The secret to continued success lies in the efficient, reliable and high quality services that the company offers. Particularly pleasing is the fact that over all the years of activity there has not been a single case of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Another factor that sets the airline apart from other cargo carriers is participation in the space program. Polet Airlines is the only one among those operating the An-124-100 that has received a license to transport satellites and rockets for their launch from the Federal Space Agency of the Russian Federation.

Polet Airlines has been providing passenger transportation since 2003. Today it is the only major air carrier in the Central Black Earth region. Carries out more than 90% of all air transportation from Voronezh airport, Tambov, Belgorod, Ulyanovsk airports.

In 2006, the passenger aircraft fleet was replenished with six new Swedish SAAB-2000 aircraft. In the same year, Polet airlines and the leasing company Ilyushin Finance Co. signed an agreement for the supply of 10 An-148 aircraft - the first An-148 aircraft will enter service with the airline in 2009.

The VIP transportation program of Polet Airlines is provided by a fleet of business aircraft that are distinguished by a high level of safety and comfort. The geography of VIP transportation has a network of destinations convenient for customers.
