Rating of the richest people in Chuvashia. Rich and poor deputies of Chuvashia: a list

When writing this article, we came across a small rating, where the richest people of Chuvashia were represented. True, it was compiled back in 2007. As you understand, some information could be outdated, and our millionaires may no longer be such. In any case, we will try to answer these questions by considering the path to success of each of the people on our list.

So, let's begin. From many people I have repeatedly heard that the Russian region considered in our article belongs to the poorest: everything is stolen, life goes “like clockwork” only among officials. Others believe the opposite - Chuvashia is a fully developed region within the Volga Federal District. Be that as it may, any point of view, even the most negative, has the right to exist. We are the same to determine richest people in Chuvashia in 2013 Let us turn to statistics, although they are not without sin.

According to its data, in the spring of this year, several thousand residents of the Republic declared their income. Compared to other Russian regions, the figures here are relatively modest. As it turned out, only one billionaire lives in Chuvashia, as well as more than two thousand millionaires. By the way, three of them were able to earn more than 500 million rubles in the previous year.

1. We propose to start the rating with representatives of the political elite. We are talking about a person who defends the interests of Chuvashia at the federal level - Leonid Lebedev. In addition to his political activities, a member of the Council of the Federation of the Russian Federation does not forget to conduct active business activities. Many rightly refer him to the richest people in the Republic of Chuvashia. His brainchild, Sintez, has come a long way to fame. It all started back in the 80s. At first it was a recording studio, then it began to trade in timber and pipes. Here is such a sharp turn of events. In the 90s. Lebedev's business reached a new level: shelves and oil fields were already being developed, banking structures were being created. Now he is still the full owner of Sintez, although now it is a whole group of companies, including Negusneft and Kores Invest. In 2013, the domestic entrepreneur made several attempts to enter the coal business, however, only time will tell what will come of this. In the meantime, the politician is content with his considerable fortune.

According to Forbes magazine, in 2011 his personal income exceeded 2.26 million rubles. Much better, according to the magazine, his wife lives - in 2011, she was able to earn about 185 million rubles. Let's not forget about the officially declared fifteen properties and seven cars. Now the politician and entrepreneur in one person is actively engaged in supporting cultural projects in the territory of Chuvashia, and also provides financial assistance to domestic cinema.

2. Next, we would like to move on to a consideration of an equally well-known figure in the business and political circles of Chuvashia - Vladimir Ermolaev. A successful entrepreneur, a deputy of the State Council of Chuvashia, back in 2007, was able to make a fortune for himself in the region of 3 billion rubles. According to analysts, now it has increased by about 2 billion. The general director of the Yurma agricultural holding was able to achieve such results even despite the fact that in 2013 he bought a loss-making Hosiery and Knitting Factory in Cheboksary. Having rectified the situation there, the businessman is still successfully coping with SUOR LLC, which today is in the TOP 5 largest stone processing enterprises of the Russian Federation.

In addition, one of the most influential and wealthy people of Chuvashia does not forget about his brainchild Chuvashstroy, which every year is increasingly gaining the construction market of this Russian region. At the end of last year, Vladimir Ermolaev decided to expand his business activities - he acquired the Novocheboksarsky house-building plant.

3. The fate of the next Chuvash millionaire has changed a lot in the six years since 2007. This is about Semyon Mlodika. In 2007, he was the general director of the Tractor Plants Concern, a year earlier he was elected to the deputies of the local State Council. It would seem that what can put sticks in his fast-growing career? The criminal case that was initiated against him. He was accused of money laundering. According to the investigation, being at the head of CJSC Promtractor-Vagon, Mlodik was able to “launder” more than 270 million rubles by concluding fictitious transactions. True, the court has already dropped the charges against him. By the way, in 2007 his fortune was estimated at 2.6 billion rubles. Now we can talk about the state only from rare reports from the press. According to sources, as a result of investigative actions, Mlodik's property was seized. They included: a 5-room apartment in Moscow, part of a private house in the Moscow region, as well as a couple of foreign-made cars. Now the former general director of Tractor Plants is the head of Lesosibirsky LDK No. 1 in Krasnoyarsk.

4. By the way, among the richest people in Chuvashia are academicians, and the latter include the general director of OAO Dorris — Igor Roshchin. Today, his aforementioned enterprise determines, literally, the entire appearance of this Volga region. It is engaged in road and construction works. For several years, the company's turnover amounted to about 3.4 billion rubles. Now these numbers have at least doubled. Following the state of the entrepreneur was pulled up. According to some estimates, his 2 billionth fortune (2007) has added the same amount over the past few years. Despite this, in Chuvashia he enjoys great popularity and respect. He is the winner of many awards, holder of various titles (for example, "Honorary Builder of Russia") and other awards.

5. On the fifth line of the rating, we have placed several non-public figures: Kalinin Vladimir Mikhailovich and Ivanov Sergey Kirillovich. Heading the Morgaush Dairy Plant several years ago, he was considered one of the most influential and enterprising people in his homeland. His fortune was estimated at several hundred million rubles. However, the passion for money played a cruel joke on him. In 2011, he was already involved in the case of causing damage to this company. The investigation then estimated the damage inflicted in the amount of 46 million rubles. It seems that the entrepreneur was not very upset then, because he is still a co-owner of one of the largest and richest Chuvash enterprises - Textilmash OJSC.

There are legends about Sergei Ivanov and his billions of Chuvashia, but there is no confirmation that his income today exceeds 1.3 billion rubles. It is only known that he is in charge of such enterprises as Avtomatstrom-Renta LLC, Avtomatstrom, Volga Transfo LLC and Kontrakt LLC.

6. Finally, in sixth place we will immediately place three people whose incomes have been steadily growing since 2007:

  • Grigoriev Pavel Viktorovich And Grigorieva Irina Olegovna. Their business is known far beyond the borders of the Republic. They own hotels, the largest plant "Textilmash", JSC "Snabresursy", OJSC "Hotel", LLC "Parsek-Invest" and a number of other enterprises. Their fortune today is estimated at 2 billion rubles.

  • We have not forgotten about Oleg Meshkov, who today is the general director of the Buket Chuvashia brewing company. The company's products are known not only in the businessman's home region, but also beyond its borders. The turnover of the company every year is gaining more and more all-Russian character. Today, his personal wealth exceeds 2 billion rubles, and the turnover of his company in 2011 exceeded 136 million rubles.

Our new TOP-rating of the richest people in Chuvashia could be continued by a few more positions, however, the incomes of these "nominees" over the past six years either remained at the same level or fell altogether. If desired, they can be viewed in the old list.

14:26 - REGNUM

In Chuvashia in 2016, among the members of the regional government, Prime Minister Ivan Motorin earned the most: his earnings from his main place of work reached almost 3.45 million rubles. In second place in terms of declared income is the head of the CEC of Chuvashia, Alexander Tsvetkov, who earned 3.32 million rubles. The top three of the richest officials is closed by the head of the administration of the head of Chuvashia, Yuri Vasiliev, with 3.1 million rubles of income. This is evidenced by data on income and property published on the official portal of the authorities of Chuvashia, the correspondent reports. IA REGNUM with a link to the document.

Prime Minister Ivan Motorin earned in 2016 almost 3.448 million rubles at the main place of work, which is 465 thousand rubles more than in 2015 (an increase of 15.6%).

This amount was supplemented by "other income" in the amount of 900 thousand rubles. The list of real estate objects has not changed, they are registered with the spouses in shared ownership: a land plot (2211 sq. m), a residential building (195 sq. m) and an apartment (108.7 sq. m). The prime minister moved to another personal car: instead of a Land Rover Freelander 2, a Nissan Pathfinder appeared.

Almost at the level of the prime minister, the head of the CEC of Chuvashia earns Alexandra Tsvetkova, which indicated 3.318 million rubles of basic income (an increase of 826 thousand rubles compared to the level of 2015, or 33.2%) and 184 thousand rubles - “other”. Her salary decreased compared to 2015 by 255 thousand rubles (or 8.6%). Recall that Enilina is the only member of the government of Chuvashia, whose salary data at the end of 2015 were clarified, as a result of a recheck, the income from the 2.54 million rubles originally indicated in the declaration was updated upwards - up to 2.96 million rubles. The rest is unchanged: the couple owns an apartment (1085.5 sq. m), the spouse owns a Ssangyang Kyron car.

His salary increased compared to 2015 by almost 240 thousand rubles (or 12.1%). The list of property has not changed: he owns an apartment (82.5 sq. m.), a garage (39.6 sq. m.), non-residential premises (75.4 sq. m.) and a foreign car Toyota Rav 4.

Slightly less income from the main place of work of the Minister of Sports Sergei Sheltukov(2.11 million rubles) and Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the Ministry of Agriculture Sergei Artamonov(2.08 million rubles). The head of the Ministry of Information Policy closes the top ten highest paid high-ranking officials Alexander Ivanov(1.97 million rubles) and appointed in February 2017 to the post of envoy of Chuvashia under the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Akinshin(1.88 million rubles).

In addition, the minister's wife owns three non-residential premises (211.1, 198.1 and 197.7 sq. m.). This is how the Minister of Information Policy can be noted Alexandra Ivanova with four land plots (1930, 1700, 837 and 1000 sq. m) and the head of the Ministry of Transport Vladimir Ivanov with two non-residential premises (106.3 and 48 sq. m.), an apartment (93.8 sq. m.), a land plot (870 sq. m.).

Deputies of the State Council of Chuvashia declared for 2014 from 255 thousand rubles to 23.4 million rubles of income

Last year, out of 44 deputies of the State Council of Chuvashia, half of the parliamentarians earned more than 2 million rubles, the income of a third of the deputy corps exceeds 3 million rubles. The richest people's deputies earned from 11 million to 23.4 million rubles a year - there are six such parliamentarians. Nine people received less than 1 million rubles, the correspondent reports with reference to information on income and property published on the website of the State Council of Chuvashia.

In the Chuvash parliament, the vice-speaker of the State Council received the highest income, United Russia Oleg Meshkov, who works on a professional basis and indicated in the declaration for 2014 over 23.4 million rubles. It should be noted that back in 2005, when Oleg Meshkov ran for the Cheboksary city assembly of deputies as the owner and general director of the Buket Chuvashia brewing company, he struck with his income of 362 million rubles. However, he did not become a deputy then, and at meetings with the candidate, the people were sincerely interested in how they could earn "a million a day" and "whether all the money would fit in the closet."

In second place in terms of annual earnings - Spravoross Vladimir Mikhailov, which declared more than 21.1 million rubles. This is followed by deputies-manufacturers, United Russia Valery Ivanov And Andrey Uglov, whose income amounted to almost 14 million and 13.1 million rubles, respectively.

Liberal Democrat closes the top six richest MPs Yuri Shlepnev(11.58 million rubles of income) and United Russia Elena Badaeva(11.2 million rubles). United Russia received the smallest annual income Alexander Nikanorov(389.3 thousand rubles) and a member of the Communist Party Tatyana Stareva(255.5 thousand rubles).

As for United Russia deputies who work on a professional basis, the speaker of the State Council Yuri Popov earned more than 2.637 million rubles. His ex-deputy Anatoly Knyazev indicated 2.266 million rubles, the leader of the Chuvash United Russia and the head of the parliamentary committee Nikolai Malov announced the receipt of 2.5 million rubles in annual income. Committee heads Petr Krasnov And Igor Kushev declared respectively 2.05 and 1.35 million rubles.

Income Nikolai Ugaslov, last year's leader in the ranking of the richest parliamentarians, decreased over the year from 30.3 million to 1.1 million rubles.

Note that of the deputies' wives, the richest is the wife of Oleg Meshkov, who earned almost 19 million rubles. In second place in terms of income is the wife of Nikolai Malov (13.5 million rubles), in third place is the wife of Vladimir Mikhailov (4.2 million rubles).

Portal "Pro City" publishes the top 5 richest people in Chuvashia. Leonid Lebedev and Vladimir Ermolaev still, for several years in a row, have been occupying leading positions among billionaires.

Leonid Lebedev

Business: Leonid Lebedev is a co-owner of the Sintez group of companies. It includes Negusneft and Kores Invest, which in turn are an oil production concern and a company providing development services, respectively.

In addition to business, Lebedev is a representative in the Federation Council from the legislative body of Chuvashia - Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship.

Lebedev is also one of the founders of the Red Arrow film company, which released the sensational films of recent years, Stilyagi, The Geographer Drank His Globe Away, and others.

State: In 2011, Forbes magazine estimated the wealth of the political businessman at $2.2 billion. Then he took 53rd place in the ranking of Russian billionaires.

Vladimir Ermolaev

Business: Vladimir Ermolaev is one of the most successful businessmen of modern Chuvashia. There are many rumors about him and, perhaps, the most common remark addressed to him is "bought the whole city." Indeed, he owns many of the largest enterprises in Cheboksary and the Republic.

Ermolaev is the general director of the Yurma agricultural holding, he owns the Chuvashstroy construction company and SUOR LLC. Ermolaev himself pays special attention to the latter. The fact is that SUOR is included in the rating of the five largest stone processing enterprises in Russia.

Most recently, in 2013, Vladimir Ermolaev bought out, at that time, a loss-making Hosiery and Knitting Factory in Cheboksary. Ermolaev also acquired the Novocheboksarsky house-building plant.

State: According to various sources, Vladimir Ermolaev's fortune varies from 3 to 5 billion rubles.

Semyon Mlodik

Business: In 2007, Mlodik was the general director of the Tractor Plants Concern, and a year earlier he was elected to the local State Council. Business: Oleg Meshkov today is the general director of the Buket Chuvashia brewing company. The company's products have become not only the hallmark of the region, but also became famous throughout the world.

It is worth noting that Meshkov himself, in addition to the title of the largest businessman, is also the vice speaker of the State Council of Chuvashia.

State: The personal fortune of Oleg Meshkov last year was estimated at more than 2 billion rubles.

The history of the Chuvash businessman ended as Pravda PFO predicted. Over the past three years, the once largest developer of the republic has lost control of almost all of its assets - Mega Mall, MTV Center, MegaGalaxy and the future Mega Hall - as a result of their bankruptcy and transfer into the hands of creditor banks. And in March 2018, citizen Nikolai Mikhailovich Gerasimov himself became bankrupt. Observers state that this is the rare case when a businessman has no one to blame for his failures, except himself. About how the business empire of Nikolai Gerasimov came to a natural collapse, and where Auchan, IKEA and VTB24 bank, which did not issue loans to a businessman at all, are in the material of Pravda Volga Federal District.

Pravda PFO has at its disposal a fresh ruling of the Arbitration Court of Chuvashia declaring Gerasimov bankrupt. The resulting document was preceded by the claim of the applicant - Bank Saint Petersburg - for 107 million and the request of the debtor's representative to postpone the consideration of the claim due to Gerasimov's desire to personally attend his own bankruptcy case, which at the time of the court session was impossible due to the businessman's illness. The debtor's application was rejected, Gerasimov was declared bankrupt, a debt restructuring procedure was introduced against him, the next arbitration hearing was scheduled for July 10. appointed financial manager of the debtor Andrey Enkov from Saint-Petersburg. Gerasimov himself, who was reached by Pravda PFO, refused to comment on information about his bankruptcy.

From the materials of the arbitration case, it becomes clear why the bank needed to recognize Gerasimov as insolvent as an individual. The fact is that in 2012 the entrepreneur acted as a guarantor under a loan agreement between Bank Saint Petersburg and TK Nikolaevsky for a total amount of up to 160 million. The agricultural market, which was managed by Gerasimov, could not return this loan, and at the end of 2015 on "Nikolaev" the procedure of bankruptcy supervision was introduced.

During the proceedings, the creditors got to the unfortunate guarantor: St. Petersburg filed a lawsuit against Gerasimov back in December 2016, the businessman fought like a lion in court for more than a year, and, nevertheless, lost.

Although if we take the situation as a whole, then the bankruptcy of Gerasimov as an individual is only the final point of the collapse of the businessman's empire. For the developer, back in 2013, the former full owner of Mega Mall, MTV Center, MegaGalaxy, and then plans to build an unprecedented TC Mega Hall worth under 10 billion, starting from 2014, began to lose assets one by one .

Mega Mall got out of the actual control of the businessman back in 2015-2016, when the creditors of the entrepreneur from Petrocommerce Bank, which later became part of the Otkritie group, began to steer the financial flows of the shopping complex. On March 1, 2018, Gerasimov's departure from business at Mega Mall was legally fixed: a protege of Otkritie was elected the new general director of Everest CJSC, the management company of the shopping center Alexander Ivanov.

Another asset of the businessman, CJSC MTV-Center, which managed the shopping and entertainment complex of the same name on Cheboksary Ivan Yakovlev Avenue, was declared bankrupt in November 2017 for a debt of 77 million rubles with assets of 14.8 million. The plaintiff in the case was Leasing Company St. Petersburg is a subsidiary of the bank.

At the final stage of the proceedings, Gerasimov tried to start the process of liquidating CJSC MTV Center and even appointed himself the liquidator of the company - but the court overturned this decision. St. Petersburg resident appointed bankruptcy trustee of MTV Center Sergey Kovalev, a meeting of the company's creditors is scheduled for April 6 in St. Petersburg, the next court session will take place on April 9.

Bank Saint Petersburg itself bankrupted the asset, which was supposed to be the main diamond in the crown of the businessman MTSORT LLC, which managed the former territory of the KhBK, on which the businessman planned to build the Mega Hall complex. Gerasimov’s main debt of about 700 million was also hanging there. Pravda PFO already that Mega Hall got out of control of the businessman at the end of 2016, despite the developer’s attempt at the last moment to repaint as a builder and on the site of the future complex project residential area "Mega City".

The focus did not pass: in July 2017, a monitoring procedure was introduced at MTSORT LLC, in November the company was finally declared bankrupt.

In general, it is in the Mega Hall project that observers tend to see the reason for the collapse of the businessman: Gerasimov invested in a venture worth under 10 billion in a falling market. An additional difficulty for the entrepreneur was created by the head of Chuvashia Mikhail Ignatiev, who first convinced the businessman, under promises of support, to purchase the Nikolaevsky shopping mall after the muddy stories of the times of his own leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic, and when the deal took place, he wished the businessman good luck in all his endeavors and waved his hand to him.

Ignatiev acted in a similar way with the Burevestnik trans-Volga base: Gerasimov acquired it for the future gasification of the Trans-Volga region, which.

Nikolai Gerasimov asks Mikhail Ignatiev a question at a meeting of the head of the region with businessmen in October 2017

And yet - it was under the "Mega Hall" that Gerasimov laid everything he had. And the project was plagued by failure almost from the very beginning. Auchan was one of the first to refuse to participate in the adventure, the Swedes from IKEA could not understand for a long time why the developer considers the contract with them a settled matter, because the Mega Hall was an obvious non-format for them. Gerasimov was finished off, oddly enough, by a bank that did not give him loans at all. The anchor tenant of the Mega Hall was supposed to be VTB24 with its service center for 1,500 jobs, but at the last moment the bankers chose the First Site for placement.

Actually, on the day VTB24 announced that it was breaking off relations with Gerasimov (ironically, exactly April 2, 2014), it became clear that the developer had lost his business. What happened next was a matter of time, although it dragged on: big empires take a long time to collapse.

Now the former assets of the businessman are divided among banks. In Mega Mall, as already mentioned, Otkritie is in charge, in the MTV Center - Bank Saint Petersburg. Obviously, banks do not have the slightest incentive to manage and develop retail: their job is to find a buyer for assets as soon as possible and close holes in their own balance sheet. And in some places it was already possible to find buyers: for example, at least until the end of 2017, MCORT was managed by structures close to the entrepreneur (ELBRus group of companies), and further expansion of the businessman is possible in this direction.

Different winds now blow in the corridors of Mega Mall

Under the control of Gerasimov, the crumbs of the former feast remained: the Everest car market on the Marposad highway and the Zavolzhsky recreation center Burevestnik, and the status of the MegaGalaxy entertainment complex and the Nikolaevsky shopping center is still unclear. And the bankruptcy of Gerasimov is not the last bad news for the region's business beau monde. According to Pravda PFO, clouds hang over another major businessman in Chuvashia, whose creditor is one of the largest banks in Russia. So it makes sense to wait for the news soon.
