I was a little shocked by what I saw in Rio - the truth. I guess my ideas about how to "take care of yourself" are very different from the concepts of Brazilian women;)
what I saw - a bunch of horizontal bars and other devices along the beach, completely clogged with men + men - running, playing volleyball, etc. and right next to it - women who eat packs of hamburgers and rolls and seal pups in the sun. moreover, with forms that often exceed all decent sizes ... they are not here - somehow it was not imprinted. and here there is no question of grace - believe me))
