We rested at the end of June. Check-in: We had a two-room comfort room, as a result, we were settled in a one-room terrible room with broken old furniture, a terrible smell in the toilet, no hot water, with rotten floor boards that fail. this is the 19th house number 4, probably the worst in the hotel. Our neighbors were also shocked. We went several times to move, asked to settle in the room that was booked, we were answered in a boorish manner that this room was not available. We waited for the Biblio Globus guide, Alexander, he confirmed that since we have a two-room suite, then in his absence they should provide either this category or higher, and then magically we were offered a VIP room 8. A VIP room with a normal bathroom, as well as 3 single beds, 3 broken bedside tables, more space than inone-room "comfort", the wallpaper is fresher. There was air conditioning and a refrigerator, a veranda with a table and two broken chairs. But the smell was normal, the bathroom was decent, there were even mosquito nets on the door. In general, "Vip" is a cheap standard for any other base. But you can live. In general, many neighbors were not given the Eco-suites they bought, "Comforts", etc., many were settled in rooms of the worst category. By the way, "Standard" on this base with amenities for 5 rooms. If you are going there, the main thing is the price of the issue, there someone bought a tour for both 30 and 50 thousand, it's definitely not worth it. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 1000 r for the key, they don’t have a spare. There is no TV in the room, rent costs 50 rubles per day. It costs 50 rubles per day to rent an electric kettle, but in a shop opposite the base a small kettle costs 150 rubles. Territory: It consists of various houses, there is a basketball court, a small playground, a lot of different pavilions. There is a cafe "Coolness". The territory is closed, checkpoint, which is convenient with a child. A lot of trees. Opposite the base there is a cafe, several grocery and several souvenir shops, they sell excursions and SIM cards. Beach: 1st line, 2-5 minutes to the sea, the beach is huge, sandy, half empty, the sea sometimes throws out beautiful shells. The sunset is sandy, the sea is shallow, suitable for children. The beach is simply amazing, these are the main (and almost the only plus of the base) There are no sunbeds, umbrellas, but at the neighboring base ("Gvozdika") you can take a sunbed before leaving 100 r, for the whole day 150. The sea was very warm. Food: we had no food, the neighbors had food, food was portioned, they complained that the food was not very good. Animation Entertainment: It seems like yoga classes were held 2 times a day on the beach, early in the morning and in the evening, children's exercises at 8 am, in the gazebo every day at 11 there were some classes with children, they did crafts, drew, children from 6 years old liked it. Staff: At the Reception is a very boorish middle-aged woman, the feeling that she hates everyone, as soon as you arrive you will be rude and you will understand that you are not at all welcome here. There is also a guy at the reception, he is not rude but completely ignores all requests. Cleaning: There is no cleaning, every day they give out a garbage bag.

Period of stay: June 2016

We have been vacationing at sea for many years with friends, three families. This year, the men stayed at home (and thank God!), while we, three women, with five children aged 7 to 14, went near Anapa. Honestly, I wanted sand, not bruises from pebbles. I led everyone astray - I convinced them that they should go closer to Anapa. The sea is clean, shallow and sandy. We chose the hotel all together back in April. The main criteria were: reasonable price, clean sea, silence, children's leisure and meals included in the tour. About Blagovshchenskaya, most of the reviews included the cleanest sea, and this bribed us.

In the photos, the "ECO-resort" looked pretty - green houses, paths, flowers and not luxurious, but clean rooms with a toilet and a shower. Another attracted yoga classes with an instructor, included in the price. I have been practicing yoga for a couple of years, I love it very much, and imagining a practice on the seashore is just sweet. Cherry on the cake of our beautiful and long-awaited vacation! At least that's what we thought as we packed our bags.

We arrived on June 12 at about ten in the morning. Administrator Irina for some reason fussed and behaved somehow constrainedly when we presented vouchers. Then she took us to a one-story building, you can’t call it a house, with four rooms. I must say that we always rest on a budget, the rooms are simple, but clean, we are quite satisfied, but the room upholstered in wooden clapboard, in which there were two tattered beds with mattresses, wrecked bedside tables and tattered undulating linoleum, dumbfounded us. We ordered and paid for 3 rooms: a double comfort room and 2 double comfort rooms with an extra bed - for children 7 and 8 years old. There was no extra bed in one room, there was even nowhere to put a cot. Irina took us somewhere deep into the camp site, to a single-standing house, in which a hole gaped right in the middle on the linoleum. I didn’t look further, but a friend with two children, who made an attempt to stay there, came 10 minutes later with suitcases and said that it was impossible to live there, and even some bird was hitting either the wall or the ceiling with its wing so that the walls are shaking. Why don't they shake, plywood. Later, under the roof, they found an owl's nest with two chicks! Nobody had noticed him before.

We agreed to a discount, since the booked room was not found, although half of the hostel was not yet populated. They refused to provide a discount, because we paid, you see, to the tour operator.

I had to take the fridge out of the room to squeeze in a cot for the night. Although a little lost, these antediluvian units growled and shook so that it was difficult to sleep. Okay, we settled in, brought our suitcases, but there is nowhere to put things! There is a hanger with 5 hooks and a shelf for hats on the wall and that's it. There is no closet. The wrecked bedside tables refused to play the role of a chest of drawers. Everything fell out - it was too small. Somehow they hung some of the things on hooks, most of them remained in the suitcases. Friends in triple rooms had plastic racks for three drawers, apparently instead of a closet. I didn’t get such “luxury” in a double.

Rust and mold in the shower. Faucets and faucets are painted silver or something similar. The shell is broken. "Comfort"! They didn't provide towels. The linen was clean but damp and had to be hung out in the sun. But this is nonsense. The dearest hostess sister, Tatyana Ivanovna, at my request, gave us two towels per person. Medium and small. Linen was changed every seven days. I had to ask, of course. She took out the pillows in the sun, because they stank unbearably of dampness. The weather was not particularly lucky, sometimes it rained, sometimes it was cloudy, but it was warm and that was already a plus.

No luck with the sea at all! Dirty, stormy the first 4 days, all 10 days there were algae. About 10 meters from the shore was a green porridge of water, shells, sand and algae. Then, when the weather more or less cleared up, the algae disappeared for half a day, in the morning or in the evening, but then reappeared. It was warm only once, on other days it was invigorating. I went swimming on the fifth day. Children who are usually not a hindrance to the temperature of the water, bathed little in the first five days. The beach is dirty! Groomed. After the storm, branches, all rubbish, plastic, paper were thrown out. For several days all this was lying around, then the girls from the attendants collected snags and large debris, the rest was driven along the beach along with the sand by the wind. There is nothing on the beach: no buoys, no lifeguards. Vacationers are on their own. What is happening there, no one from the administration cares.

About food. The most painful. Do you know how much teenage boys eat? Maybe somewhere there are little ones, but we didn’t get those. The little ones weren't far behind either. And it is not surprising if the portions are very neat. Or rather, frankly small. I had to go to the store after eating and buy something. If you do not come to the beginning, then you might not get it. Then they began to cook additionally, but had to wait. The dining room is new, nice, but many of the appliances are rusty. The trays are not washed, but wiped with rags that wipe the tables. One fine day I caught the lady who was the eldest there and offered her to sniff the tray. She grimaced naturally. I apologized, took the tray, but the next day they stank of dirty kitchen rags as well. The food, in principle, is dietary: boiled, stewed, baked, but I wanted to fire the cook, be it our will. Tell me, can pollock and potatoes be spoiled if you bake them in the oven? Can! Half-baked dried potato mugs turned out on top, and unsalted pollock below, floating in the water in which it was boiled (stewed? fried?). There was never buckwheat porridge. Okay, dear. Rice several times. The rest is corn, a mixture of rice and millet, wheat (not millet), and something like poltavka and artek. Milk was not always present in them. Sugar! One half teaspoon per mug of tea. At first they put a sugar bowl, but on the second or third day they began to clean it up. “You have the prescribed norm in the circle!” I had to pour sugar from other prepared mugs to make it at least acceptable.

Vegetable cutting on the first day caused Homeric laughter: three thin slices of tomatoes through which you can read. The soup was poured halfway into half-portion plates. The bottom was visible through lonely floating vermicelli or pieces of potatoes.

On the second day, we ordered a bathhouse to warm up. Two hours for 800 rubles. No sheets or towels were included in the price. I had to insist. By the time booked, it was not heated. The pool is not disinfected, we did not dare to go there.

The air conditioner, more precisely, the window fan growled like a tractor and poured condensate into the room! It is impossible not to turn it on - the heat. Turn on and turn off the water. Mice came at night! What they ate there is unclear. We hid all the food in the refrigerator. But they stubbornly came and gnawed something.

The staff is polite, the hostess sister, the maid, I don’t know her name, unfortunately, they are very nice. Another very unusual and pleasant yoga instructor (as well as Pilates, fitness, Thai massage and a whole bunch of everything) Valeria. There is no administration. They smile, apologize, but to no avail.

And finally, about the last day, sorry for the tautology. On the third day we had a conversation with the headmistress or hostess. In general, with the eldest. They discussed uncomfortable rooms - "comforts", small portions and tasteless food. She was kind, apologetic and promised change. There was talk about the last day. We paid until 12.00, and the train in the evening. We asked if it was possible to stay until 17.00. “Yes, of course you can. And we won’t leave you with food either, ”her words. Food stamps were given. Breakfast - yellow, lunch - pink, dinner - blue. You come to the dining room, you give the coupon, you get a portion. On the eve of departure, I went to the administrator to clarify about departure and meals, she promised to clarify everything and forgot. "I forgot! I’m a human too!” she said the next day, when she led us out of the line to the canteen by the hand. Despite the fact that we still had coupons for lunch, we went to the water park and did not have lunch. It would seem that difficult? There is a ticket, there is lunch. So no! You are off the menu, your coupons are not valid. We haven’t heard of any agreements, no one has promised anything, we can’t get through to the main one.

We had lunch at a cafe. Returned to the rooms, which had no light and water. They came from the sea, having learned that at 12.00 they would turn off the light, and hence the water. The lights were turned off at 10:00. Very nice. Bought water, rinsed. It is impossible to stay in rooms without air conditioning. Heat 37 outside. Somehow we made it to half past four. At 4:45 p.m. a taxi was ordered. And then a girl comes, without a clue what position she is in, brings a young man with her, as a force support, nothing else, and declares: “We want you to leave the territory of our camp site!” I had to hastily take out the suitcases and vacate the rooms. The young man was clearly uncomfortable. And the girl just right, apparently. We have never had such poor quality.
