It rained all day long. The bus was late by 20! minutes, considering that Black River he was supposed to be standing at 7:15 in the morning. The delay was explained to us by the fact that they were waiting for other tourists. The seemingly friendly lady guide turned out to be a liar, boorish and a bitch. She left tourists in Lappientrantranta in the Laplandia store who were 8 minutes late from the appointed time, despite the fact that they left the store when the bus had just started moving, and half of the other tourists on the bus were asked to stop and wait for the latecomers. We went to the Disas store, 10 km from the Lapland market. Natalya said that latecomers would get on their own. Their personal belongings, documents and money were left in the departed bus. People walked 8 km along a busy highway in the direction of the next store in the rain with a bag of purchases. They called the travel agency while roaming, where they first promised to sort it out, but they themselves did not call back, then they still received an SMS from the guide that the bus was leaving Imatra at 17 o'clock. A disgusting company. We went to Kotka on 01/04/16. We never made it to Kotka. The bus stopped half way, before reaching 17 km to Vyborg, diesel fuel froze in the bus. We just stood for an hour, hoping that a miracle would happen and it would thaw. The miracle did not happen, and we were told that the trip was canceled, the money was returned, and get to St. Petersburg at your own expense on a regular bus, which the guide went to catch. It was no longer possible to transfer to another bus to Finland, because we stood for about an hour, then it was already about 11 o'clock and all the buses heading to the nearest cities in Finland passed.
