Registration, payment and procedure for the provision of services

BELAVIA reserves the right to limit the provision of services for various types of aircraft and on various routes in accordance with flight safety requirements and technical capabilities, as well as depending on the passenger category.

The service is provided on BELAVIA own regular flights. The service fee is charged per flight segment.

When changing the schedule, changing the aircraft, changing the layout of the cabin in order to save the ordered service for the passenger, BELAVIA changes the booked seat within the selected category in automatic mode, but does not guarantee that the number of the assigned seat will be saved. BELAVIA will take all possible measures to preserve the joint accommodation of passengers who booked the service in one booking. By ordering the service, the passenger agrees to change the seat within the paid category in the above cases.

The service is considered to be rendered upon the fact of transportation of the passenger at the place of the booked category, subject to payment for the service and issuance of an air ticket.

In case of technical impossibility to provide a seat of the paid category, BELAVIA will reimburse the full cost of the service.

BELAVIA is not obliged to notify passengers about changes in the service related to the replacement of the type and/or configuration of the aircraft without changing the aircraft schedule.
