Within the framework of the court, the Prosecutor's Office conducted an audit and found that the master plan was changed in accordance with the law. In April 2016, the claim to the Natural Resources Committee was denied. In August and November of the same year, the appeal and cassation by the Committee were rejected by the higher courts.
Meanwhile, back in the spring of 2015, in parallel with the Committee’s claim, the Vsevolozhsk Prosecutor’s Office demanded through the court to cancel changes to the general plan of the Leskolovsky settlement.
