I want to go to the sea because. How would I like to go to the sea

Summer is the holiday season and the longest study break of the year. This is the time when the whole family can finally get out on vacation, not only for a couple of days, but also for several weeks. The sea, sun and sand are indispensable attributes for me. summer holidays. I have already got used to the fact that every year my parents and I always go to the coast. We have already been to many Russian seaside resorts, as well as in the Crimea. But this year I would like to go to Spain.

The city of Barcelona attracts me the most in this country. I think this is beautiful place where you can not only relax on the seashore, but also see many interesting sights. First of all, Barcelona has a unique architecture. In the New Town, most of the famous works of the architect Antonio Gaudí are presented here, which I would definitely like to see.

I know that such great artists as Salvador Dali, Antonio Saura and Pablo Picasso lived and worked in Barcelona, so I would like to walk around the places where they may have once visited and drew their inspiration. In addition, I would like to visit the Picasso Museum in the Old Town, walk along the famous Las Ramblas and see Plaza Catalunya.

Barcelona is also famous for its comfortable sandy beaches, the most popular of which is Barceloneta. Despite the fact that there summer time so many people, I would still like to visit this place. For the sake of more a relaxing holiday on the coast of Spain, I would also like to take the train from Barcelona to the remote beach of Sitges.

I think that a trip to Spain would give me many new experiences. In the summer I celebrate my birthday and therefore I really hope that in honor of this holiday my parents will be able to arrange such an unforgettable trip for me.

Every person has a dream. Even if it's short term. I also have a couple of these:

  • Go to a concert of your favorite band.
  • Play football with the world-famous Barcelona team.
  • Go to the sea.

The third dream is the most real. It so happened that for several years my parents and I did not go to the sea. There are many reasons. The main thing is the eternal employment of parents. Although they send me to the camp in the summer, but to the mountains. This is not exactly what I want.

I remember I went to summer camp on the Black Sea near Sochi. It was an unforgettable time. I got into the Marine Corps. It was a detachment where we had a uniform (vest) and we all lived according to the sailors' schedule. Surprisingly, there were a lot of girls in our detachment. These are the most courageous and strong girls I have ever met. They weaved sea knots on a par with us, lit a fire in the evening and rowed a boat. The funniest thing was when we were put to compete against the girls. We have always succumbed to them.

The camp by the sea is different from the mountain. The weather is much better and warmer. In the mountains there is no Internet and often does not catch cellular communications. Life at sea is civilization. You can go for walks in the city, visit excursions. A popular singer and many athletes even came to our camp at that time.

Sea with friends

Now I have already grown out of the camps. Now I want to go to the sea, but on my own. I think, after graduation, to gather friends and go "savages" to the Black Sea. It will be great. Eat, cook on a campfire, fish and collect fruit. Perhaps we would find a deserted beach and live alone. You can even go hiking if we are, for example, in the Crimea. There is a special beauty.

Sea with parents

Well, now it will be great to go with your parents. Take a break from work, study and life. The parents deserve it. On New Year I will make a wish that we go to the sea. All wishes in the New Year should come true, if you believe in it. When I start earning money, I will definitely take my family to the sea. This will be my gift to my parents.

Rainy weather outside. You sit at the lesson and think: "I wish I could go to the sea, return to the summer." I remember our fun summer trip with the whole family. Even on a long journey, no one was bored. IN resort towns nature and people are completely different, all joyful and rested. To lie now on the warm sand, and not to cram math. And how many entertainments in the water: you can swim, swim, play ball. On the shore you can always find an interesting shell or pebble. I found many friends there. How I wish I could go to the sea...

To the village

I am looking forward summer holidays. On them I really want to go to my grandmother in the village. I spent almost three months with her last summer.

I like living with my grandmother. Last year I met a boy in the village, he was visiting his aunt. We became friends: we rode a bicycle together, played ball, went to the forest for berries (a sweet raspberry grows in our forest). This year he also wanted to come to the village for the holidays.

In the village you can walk to the river, it is not far from the house. On a hot, sultry day, we gather in a small company and go swimming, and in the evening we go fishing.

The morning in the village starts early, at five o'clock the rooster crows. I help my grandmother with the housework: she keeps two small goats, with whom she allows me to walk in the meadow. In summer, it is especially pleasant on the field: flowers bloom: daisies, bluebells, cornflowers, and there are a lot of different plants whose names I don’t know. Insects swirl in the air: butterflies, dragonflies, bees. Snow-white clouds float across the sky, a pleasant light breeze blows. At times like these, time seems to freeze. And I just lie on the grass and admire the beauty of nature.

I also like the air in the countryside, fresh and clean. It is especially easy to breathe in the morning in the forest thicket, when dew lies on the grass, and the rays of the sun make their way through the crown of trees with uncertain glare. But the forest is not silent, it is filled with various sounds that, merging, form a wonderful song.

But autumn is creeping up with vague light steps. And the harvest season comes, I like this time. In the grandmother's garden, pears and apples grow, tasty and sweet. We make jam out of them, bake pies.

Holidays in the countryside are the most best time leaving many unforgettable emotions and memories.

Composition on the topic Where would I like to go in the summer - at sea

Summer holidays are coming soon and almost everyone is already thinking about how they will spend them. I would like to go to the sea in the summer, best of all, to the Crimea.

With my parents, I go to the sea every year. Last time we spent two weeks in June in Simferopol, and it was the most beautiful and memorable time in my life.

My best friend also went to the sea last summer, however, to Azov. I have also been to the Sea of Azov several times.

I want to go to the sea because I love swimming very much. When the sea is warm and the sun is shining, you don’t want to get out of the water. You just need to be careful not to get hurt on sharp rocks at the bottom or get sunstroke. And how nice it is to bask on the beach under the rays of the morning or spring sun!

It is best to rest on the sea coast not for very long, about two or three weeks, because if you rest longer, you get bored and start to feel homesick.

It is worth going to the sea in the morning or in the evening - at this time the most useful tan, which cannot harm health. During the day it is better not to leave the house, this is the period of the heat and scorching sun. At this time, you can sleep, read a book or play on the phone.

Rest on the sea I also like the fact that you can always find new friends there. They can live next door, walk with you in the same park, swim in the sea. The main thing is that it is very fun to spend time with them, but it is very sad to leave, because, most likely, you will not see this person again.

At the sea it is worth buying a memorable souvenir: a magnet, a key chain or a figurine - they will never let you forget about a good rest.

Also, as a memory of a pleasantly spent time, you need to take as many photos with an interesting plot as possible.

I hope that my dream will come true and I will still be able to visit the Crimea in the summer.

To Paris to France

Summer is here and for many people it is time to relax. Someone goes to a sanatorium for medical treatment, someone goes to the village to enjoy the rural silence and breathe fresh air. And there is a category of people who love to travel. So I really want to go on vacation with my parents to France and visit Paris.

Two years ago, a French delegation of students came to our school, where I met a boy named Jean. We became so friendly during this time that we could not stand a single day without communication. Jean told me a lot about his hometown, and I was so interested that I wanted to go to him this summer.

After reading information about this city in an encyclopedia, and a story from a friend, I learned that Paris was one of the most beautiful cities in a world where there were many historical sites. I especially like the view eiffel tower, which, as I learned, was the symbol of the whole country. The tower looks especially beautiful in the evening and at night, illuminating everything around.

When I watched a lot of films about the reign of the French kings, I was most attracted to the Louvre, which used to be the residence of the monarchs. Now, as I learned, thousands of works of art are stored there. Everyone is especially attracted by the portrait of the mysterious Mona Lisa. But perhaps the most interesting place for me, this is the Montmartre area, where many artists, writers and other creative personalities live. My friend just comes from a family of musicians, and therefore his stay in this place happens almost every day, as his parents show their skills on the Parisian streets.

No less exciting is a visit to the famous Trimpho Arch, which was erected by Emperor Napoleon in honor of his victories. I hope that we will definitely go to Paris, and I will meet with Jean, after which we will definitely walk around Paris to really see all its beautiful places.

Option 4

Summer is the best time of the year, it is in summer that all the most interesting, fun, exciting and unforgettable things always happen. After the summer holidays, there are always a lot of vivid memories, interesting stories and "only our" secrets. I already have a lot of plans for this summer. I would like to visit distant relatives in hot and sunny Odessa, learn how to swim with a brace and drive a boat there, help my granny with her huge vegetable garden and apple orchard, go to my beloved grandfather in the village and finally build a tree house in the forest with friends.

But my most cherished and long-standing dream is the real hiking with our friendly team from the camp. This year we are planning a two-week trip to the Carpathians. First we'll be driving for a long time tourist bus, and then we plan to go on foot with backpacks, tents and other special equipment. This adventure will undoubtedly remain in my memory forever.

I have never been in the mountains, never went camping overnight. But I have always been interested in such trips, because I love nature, fresh air, forests and fields, mountains, rivers and lakes. I endlessly like to discover new places for myself, to recognize previously unseen corners of the earth. Mentally, I am already there: I imagine how I kindle a fire, warm myself by an open fire, cook food with friends in a camping pot, sleep in sleeping bag under the starry sky. This trip is also a great occasion for new acquaintances, I am always glad to make true friends and good friends. I'm with early years I gravitate towards such hiking trips. Choosing between a comfortable stay in resort hotel And wildlife, my preference is obvious. The heart of a young romantic forever belongs to Mother Nature.

I am reviewing photographs of the Carpathians, watching scientific films about these places, I want to prepare as best as possible for such a long-awaited trip.

I'm sure this summer will be the best summer in my life. The Carpathians are waiting for me!

  • Composition based on the painting by Perov Troika Grade 4 (description)

Painting "Troika" V.G. Perov, is considered one of the most famous paintings by the Russian artist.

  • Composition Respect Grade 9

Achieve not service, but respect - this is how the Russian, folk saying goes. And after all, if you figure it out, she sees at the root. Indeed, respect is one of the main components of the life of our ancestors.

  • Characteristics and image of Nikolai Rostov in Tolstoy's novel War and Peace composition

In Leo Tolstoy's novel there are many characters and their images, which the author singles out in a special way and with skill. Despite the fact that Nikolai Rostov is not the main character, he also played a significant role in this work.

  • We go where we want. We thought about it and decided that we still want to go to the sea. And not because it's a "stereotype" recent years". And why the last - if you think about it, this stereotype is decently old, remember at least about Soviet health resorts, sanatoriums, pioneer camps on the shores of the Black Sea. We suggest not to think about stereotypes - health is more important. We found as many as five reasons to be on the coast, listen to the sound of the waves, look at the crimson sunset over the sea and admire the horizon line. Straight line: only sky and water.

    1. At the resort, you can make up for vitamin D deficiency

    Shutterstock

Vitamin D is produced in the skin under the influence of ultraviolet rays - it is not surprising that the inhabitants of the North are categorically lacking it, especially in winter. “Vitamin D deficiency is typical for 95-98% of the inhabitants of the northern latitudes and the central part of Russia,” says a psychotherapist, Ph.D., author of a patented method for correcting eating behavior and weight loss. Recently, a deficiency of this vitamin has also been noted among residents of southern latitudes. This is due to the fact that people use too strong sunscreen and less outdoors.

And this lack affects literally all aspects of life. “The role of vitamin D is wider than participation in phosphorus-potassium metabolism and prevention of osteoporosis and rickets,” says Ekaterina Pushkova, pediatrician, allergist-immunologist at the Atlas Medical Center. “It is involved in immune responses, in cell differentiation, and reduces inflammation.” It is necessary to replenish the level of the substance with the help of vitamins with therapeutic doses (and they are much higher than preventive doses, as Mikhail Gavrilov explains).

To prevent vitamin D deficiency, you need to spend 20 minutes a day in the sun with your hands and face open.

Without washing - so that there is a fatty film on the face. Can you do it right now? You can find out by looking out the window.

Theoretically, you can stock up on this vitamin by going on vacation to a seaside resort: “Vitamin D belongs to the category of fat-soluble and will be stored in the fat depot for some time, three to four months,” recalls Mikhail Gavrilov.

    2. Sea sand is good for feet, sea water is good for skin

    Shutterstock

The benefits are primarily cosmetic. A romantic walk along the surf can replace a trip to a pedicure specialist. The fact is that wet sand is an excellent exfoliant, it helps the skin of the feet (and not only the feet) get rid of dead cells and renew itself, which makes rough limbs soften and take on a decent look.

It is desirable that the sand be very fine at the same time - beaches Seychelles, Dominican Republic, the islands of Bali or Cambodia are ideal.

In addition, walking on the sand is also a kind of foot massage, which is considered useful by followers of alternative medicine: they claim that foot massage helps relieve stress, improve blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.

Concerning sea water, options are possible. For example, with eczema and atopic dermatitis, it should be avoided. With psoriasis - on the contrary, splash in it more often. And for those who suffer from acne, doctors advise sunbathing (in moderation, of course): vitamin D is also known for its antibacterial properties.

    3. At the resort we move more and eat better

    Shutterstock

The debaters will surely find something to answer this statement: yes, exercising with a shovel in the country is also great fitness. But not now! In winter, many summer residents, even wealthy ones, prefer not to break through the snowdrifts to the site, but to calmly wait for the snow to melt. Yes, and there is nothing to weed. In apartments, summer residents, of course, do not have enough opportunity to warm up. Seaside resorts are another matter.

For 10 minutes of swimming in the sea, a person weighing 70 kg burns 70 calories. For half an hour of walking on the sand, he spends 158 calories, and even protects the joints, for which walking and running on soft surfaces are very useful.

At the same time, it also strengthens the muscles of the legs (when walking), shoulders, back and arms (when swimming). But he, perhaps, also decides to play beach volleyball, go on a mountain walk or ride a bike!

Dining at the resort is a different story. If you have traveled to one of the Mediterranean countries or to South East Asia, for sure you will eat more fish and seafood (and consume more omega-3 fatty acids, which you probably lack) and vegetables (vitamins and fiber) than at home. Additional benefits for the heart, blood vessels and mood. A person who has just had a good dinner is always in a good mood, isn't it?

    4. Sea air is good for the lungs

    Shutterstock

And our ancestors knew this very well - to remember at least the one who suffered from tuberculosis, whom we presumptuously rank among our ancestors. “Sea air contains almost all known mineral elements,” says Ekaterina Pushkova. - In composition, it is close to human blood plasma: this is a very physiological composition, and negative ionization helps trace elements comfortably for mucous membranes to penetrate human tissues and saturate them.

Inhalation with ionized air under conditions seaside resort happens without discomfort, it is not perceived as a medical procedure.

“The therapeutic effect is moisturizing, relieving inflammation,” continues Ekaterina Pushkova. - Breathing the fresh air of the sea is useful for those who suffer from tuberculosis and obstructive pulmonary disease (it would be nice to have fewer of them, of course), recovering from pneumonia or bronchitis. But, of course, it is useful not only for lung diseases. Residents of megacities breathe polluted air with a high concentration of tar and exhaust gases, it maintains inflammation of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, and susceptibility to infections increases. Sea air suppresses inflammation, restores the mucosa.

The second explanation is offered by the American oceanologist, science popularizer Wallace J. Nichols, author of the book Blue Mind: he claims that the seascape has a calming effect on the psyche in itself.

The third scientific explanation sounds clearest of all, related to the familiar vitamin D. “This substance is involved in the synthesis of dopamine, which has a stimulating effect,” explains Mikhail Gavrilov. - Low dopamine levels are associated with low motivation, lack of energy, problems with emotion control. It is no coincidence that seasonal spleen covers many in autumn and winter, when daylight hours are shortened and it is impossible to get a sufficient dose of vitamin D in the sun. Vitamin D deficiency in adults can lead to seasonal affective disorder, depression, obesity, and reduced immunity.” So away doubts - it's time to go to sea.
