Due to the heavy workload of the hotel, we (for 3 adults) got only one card to enter the room. It wasn't critical as we only stayed for one night. The access to the entertainment area, which is located outside the hotel, turned out to be inconvenient. The elevator to exit to the playground did not work when we gathered at the playground - we went down the stairs. They did not notice any signs - they ended up on the road, from which there was no entrance to the site. No one met, no one suggested.

All in all, a wonderful hotel.

After a month of traveling, I wanted to spend the last four days in coziness and comfort. That's why we chose this hotel. When checking in, they found that there were no bathrobes, at the reception they said that they would bring it now. Carried all the time of our stay, but never reported. In the morning, starting at 7 o'clock, the phone constantly rang, asked at the reception, we were told that this could not be. They advised to turn it off, since it interferes. But in the toilet, it does not turn off, there it is built into the wall. Therefore, we had a wake-up call at the first call. The room was overlooking an unfinished construction site. At night, we were pleased by a garbage truck loading containers stored somewhere under our windows. When ordering an a la carte restaurant, we were offered a second visit if we put a high mark on booking.com. In the restaurant, we waited forty minutes for a dish, after tasting it, we ran to the main restaurant in order to have time to eat, because it was impossible to eat fish. In the snack bar by the pools, they asked the chef to wrap a kebab, to which he honestly said, looking into his eyes, that it was self-service, and cutely pretended that he did not understand English, when he was shown to the Germans who were standing in front of us, and to whom he had just, with us, made two kebabs. The beach is not 1.5 kilometers away, the bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The bus runs once an hour, and is always crowded. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. Shower defective. Sand in cigarette butts. No dressing room, you have to use the toilet. The hotel stated that from 23 to 00 hours you can come for a late dinner, we did not have time for the main dinner, and wanted to come in to eat. At 23.10, a crowd of people stood in the restaurant, and looked at the empty tanks. Then they brought out some soup and bread. Some people just turned around and left. In the bar you can drink only alcohol, which is sold for money. Everything else is disgusting. Leaving the hotel, we forgot two expensive shirts and an evening dress in the room. We found this already at home, sorting things out. Immediately wrote to the hotel.

1. Despite the fact that the time of arrival at the hotel was indicated in advance at 11:00. We were only able to check in after 3pm. 2. After checking in, we went to the pool, took towels at the exit to the pool, returned at 17:00 to exchange them for new ones for the SPA, to which we were told that the towels were over. Then we went to the SPA reception to take towels for the hammam, to which we were told that the issuance of towels stopped at 17:00, although the brochure issued at the reception upon check-in indicated that towels were issued until 18:00, which I also consider nonsense, given that the SPA is open until 20:00. 3. The room was rather dirty: the mirror was stained, hair in the shower room, shiny surfaces were stained, stains on the floor in the room, dust along the baseboard. 4. The cuisine is very mediocre, both for lunch and dinner, or they do not cook red meat at all, or in very small quantities. Basically be prepared to eat turkey and chicken. Olives for breakfast were also disappointing, as they were far from the first freshness. 5. Do not believe the pictures of the beach, this hotel does not have a beach on site. You need to go to the beach by an old service bus, although not far, about 5 minutes, but still not pleasant. It is worth noting that this bus runs every 1 hour, or even an hour and a half. We rode around Turkey a lot and we love it very much, we used to rest with our older child, now with our younger one. This was our worst choice of hotel. All the pros outweigh the cons: 1. Pool and adjacent bars. In a word, DIRT and insecurity. A slap on one palm tree and a package on another hung all 16 days of our holiday. For three days in a row, the adult pool was blocked due to children's surprises. Forbid children under 5 years old to swim in an adult pool !!! they have frogs! Dishes, tables, floors were cleaned very poorly and not regularly. Plates under the sunbeds and overflowing trash cans were removed only in the evening. Dirty pillows on sofas. After the foam party near the pool, no one washed the floors, everything was covered in slippery foam, it was dangerous to walk, one vacationer fell and injured herself. 2. The hotel is overcrowded, the number of children per sq. meter goes off scale with a very small area. Only those without children can afford to go to the +16 pool area. you can’t leave them alone on another pool and slides. 3. The area for games upstairs is unkempt and small, the foot area is not a playground, but a patch. 4. To the manager: stop saving on trifles, buy seats for the amphitheater! When there is dew in the evening - everything is wet, you have to walk around with a pile of napkins and wipe your seat.
