New route tavrida map. Where and how will the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway pass

Except Crimean bridge and the new terminal of the airport "Simferopol", in the center of attention of the media and the public is another federal-scale construction site - the highway "Tavrida".
The official start of the construction of the highway was given on May 12, 2017 (although the work itself began in the spring), by December 2018, two traffic lanes should be launched on the section from Kerch to Simferopol on the right carriageway of the highway, and completion of construction is planned in 2020.
The project for the construction of the Tavrida highway will fully pass the state examination and receive the final set of documentation by August 20 of this year.

As I wrote a few months ago, the length of the Tavrida highway will be 253.5 km, excluding approaches to Kerch bridge and the territory of Sevastopol. The road will pass on the territory of 6 municipalities: Leninsky district, Feodosia district, Kirovsky district, Sudak, Belogorsky district, Simferopol, Simferopol district, Bakhchisarai, Bakhchisaray district.

So, by the end of July, the road service of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported on the readiness of the first stage of the construction of the road (on the auto approaches to the bridge across the Kerch Strait)
by 32%, the second - by 12%, the third - by about 7%, in the near future the contractor - VAD JSC - will start work at the fourth stage.

The first kilometers of auto-approaches to the Crimean bridge from Kerch have already been asphalted. “The installation of the top layer of the base from the asphalt concrete mixture was carried out on the first section 2.1 km long on all four lanes of the main road, as well as on the second section of the main road on two lanes 0.5 km long,” the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports. .

The ministry added that the builders also completely laid the top layer of asphalt at one of the traffic intersections, at the junction of automobile approaches to the future Tavrida highway. The length of the exit was 626 m. The total length of the main course of auto-approaches will be 8.6 km. The working movement along them from Kerch is planned to be launched in May 2018, and their construction will be fully completed in December. The cost of the work will amount to 6.9 billion rubles.

The new road has its own lights. The first lighting poles of local production (Promsnabresurs-Krym) were installed at the exit from Kerch.

To date, there is a slight delay from the schedule for the construction of the route, since the object turned out to be more difficult than originally expected. One of the most acute problems in the construction of the route is the lack of building materials. To reduce the cost of work, seven deposits of inert materials are being explored, and an analysis was also made of the use of former deposits mothballed during the Soviet era.

There are certain problems when allocating plots for the construction of the route - in some places, the construction of the route affects the interests of subsoil users and local residents.
Plus, from time to time, road builders have to “slow down” moving forward due to dangerous finds. So only in the past month in the construction area, three aerial bombs from the times of the Great Patriotic War.

Since almost the entire territory of Crimea can be called a large archaeological foothold, scientists have received the right to "first night". They are the first (after the Ministry of Emergency Situations) to inspect the construction sites of the route. This year they managed to find more than 80,000 artifacts and explore about 60 previously discovered sites.

The M150 Tavrida highway is designed based on a load of 40,000 vehicles per day, with an estimated speed of up to 120 km/h.
It is planned to build 17 interchanges and 90 artificial structures (bridges and overpasses) along the entire length of the route, as well as 20 gas stations and 6 multifunctional zones (MFZ) of road service, which will include gas stations, food outlets, motels and parking lots for heavy vehicles.
The Tavrida will also have scales for trucks. In the area of Fontan village (Leninsky district), a weight and size point will be built to control the movement of goods, monitor the intensity and composition of the traffic flow of large and heavy vehicles.

Construction progress

What will be the route "Tavrida"

The four-lane highway will connect Kerch, where a bridge across the Kerch Strait will be built, with Simferopol and Sevastopol. The first stage of construction of the highway (in a two-lane version) is planned to be completed by the end of 2018, the second (four lanes) - by the end of 2020. A segment of the road in Sevastopol (section 8) is going to be laid from Sugarloaf Mountain to the Sevastopol-Yalta highway near the turn to Ternovka. However, design and survey work on the Sevastopol section has not yet been completed and a final decision on it has not been made.

outside settlements it will be a four-lane category 1B highway with an estimated speed of up to 120 km/h. When passing through the territory of settlements - the main street of the citywide value of continuous traffic and the citywide value of regulated traffic.

The Government of the Russian Federation allocated for the construction in the Crimea federal highway"Tavrida" 14.36 billion.

In Crimea, work continues on the construction of the main highway of the peninsula. The first stage of the first stage of the route "Tavrida" in a two-lane version, it is almost prepared for the start of traffic. Now, on the 65-kilometer section, work is underway to install a barrier fence, equip the road, and install road signs.

The project provides that the first launch complex of the Tavrida route, which is launched in December this year, will have 46 stops public transport. Also, 23 ground pedestrian crossings will be equipped. In addition, the track will be provided with the necessary number of mobile cameras to record violations of traffic rules. These will be mobile controls. Stationary cameras will be installed after the commissioning of the facility in 2020.

As the representative of the general contractor clarified, at the first stage, it remains to asphalt small sections at the junction with artificial structures and a section of about 800 meters long on the bypass of the village of Gornostaevka. This is due to the conclusions of power lines. Planned shutdowns are underway. It is planned to complete the laying of asphalt concrete at the first stage in the 20th of December.

On the section from the zero picket of the first stage to the road junction in the village of Bagerovo, the second stage of the route is being reconstructed: the old asphalt concrete pavement is being dismantled, the subgrade is being arranged, and new asphalt is being laid. According to a representative of the general contractor, the main work on the construction of the Bagerovskaya junction has been completed in full: on a total area of 16,000 m², an asphalt concrete pavement was completed, with the exception of the top layer. Arrangement of the overpass, installation of lighting masts were completed. Remained work on the landscaping of slopes, the installation of a barrier fence and marking. Traffic at the interchange this moment already carried out from Bagerovo in the direction of the village of Ivanovka.

The builders of the Tavrida highway are laying asphalt concrete at all seven stages of the highway. According to the press service of the general contractor JSC VAD, about 70 km were laid in a two-lane version as part of the second phase of the construction of the Tavrida.

The total readiness of the track today is 41%. The readiness of the first stage is 82%. At stages 1-4 from Kerch to Simferopol, more than 160 km of two-lane asphalt concrete were laid. As part of the first stage of construction, a barrier fence and lighting poles are being installed at stages 1, 2 and 3 of the route.

"In order to perform work within the second stage at sections 1, 3 and 4, a working bypass of traffic was carried out from old road Kerch - Simferopol to two-lane sections "Tavrida". The total length of the sections of the route on which temporary traffic switching was performed is about 40 km", - noted in JSC "VAD".

Recently, the Governor of Sevastopol, Dmitry Ovsyannikov, during a working trip, inspected the progress of construction and reconstruction works by VAD JSC highway Kerch - Feodosiya - Belogorsk - Simferopol - Bakhchisaray - Sevastopol, km 253 + 500 - km 269 + 300, Sevastopol (highway "Tavrida", stage 7).

The construction of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway began on December 14, 2017. In accordance with the project, a section of the road with a length of 13.25 km will include one interchange at different levels, two overpasses and a bridge crossing.

At present, work on the survey and cleaning of the territory from explosive objects has been completed at the facility, and archaeological surveys have been carried out. The reconstruction of communication networks has been completed in full, work is underway to build a subgrade and strengthen slopes, install spillways and pavement layers, and rebuild the main high-pressure gas pipeline. The overall readiness of the facility is 27%. In accordance with the contract, work on the construction and reconstruction of the Sevastopol section of the highway will be completed simultaneously with work on other sections of the Tavrida highway - in 2020.

Recall that the Tavrida highway, 250.75 km long from Kerch to Sevastopol, will include 18 transport interchanges and 123 artificial structures. Works on the construction of the route are being carried out at a high pace around the clock. More than 1,000 pieces of equipment and more than 3,000 people are involved in the construction.

In Crimea, work on the construction of the federal highway "Tavrida" is in full swing. Readiness of four sections of the future road from 10% to 36%

The general contractor organized the work around the clock, seven days a week. Construction is being carried out in accordance with the schedules, today there are no risks of disrupting the deadlines for commissioning the implementation of facilities, - said Chairman of the State Committee road infrastructure RK Sergey Karpov.

Work on the Tavrida highway is divided into six stages. Sections of the 1st, 4th and 6th stages are the reconstruction of the existing Tavrida highway. The sections of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th stages are a bypass of the cities of Feodosia, Stary Krym, Belogorsk and Simferopol. New construction is planned here.

In parallel with the existing road, until December 2018, the construction of two new lanes from Kerch to Simferopol will be completed. After the transfer of traffic to the constructed half, two more lanes will be built on the site of the former road until December 2020 and the facility will be completely put into operation, the press service of the department noted.

The first stage of the route is 36% ready, the second - 27%, the third - 35%, the fourth - 10%.

What work has been done

The first stage of the Tavrida highway starts from the intersection with the automobile approach to the Crimean bridge to the beginning of the section in a new direction near the village of Primorsky. This section is the longest and is 70.78 km long, the State Committee specified. - Here, work is underway on the embankment of the main passage, the reconstruction of engineering communications, the installation of metal-corrugated culverts, the installation of a layer of geotextile and a crushed stone base of the pavement.

After the return of Crimea to Russia, the development of the peninsula began with renewed vigor. The road that will connect Kerch - Simferopol - Sevastopol will allow guests of the republic to travel in comfort along the entire coast.

History of the Tavrida track

The construction of the Crimean bridge changed the distribution of traffic flows on the peninsula. There was a need to connect the opposite coast of the Crimea with the city of Kerch. This is how the Tavrida road project arose
In 2016, the preliminary cost of the work carried out was calculated. The amount of 139 billion rubles was indicated.

In the same year, the route points were finally fixed, the main characteristics of the future road were developed. The route will be built in parts. In some sections, existing roads will be used, in others new track. The old roadbed, which is part of the "Tavrida" will be reconstructed to meet the requirements.

The route of the route through the cities and interchanges

The road will pass through the following cities:

  1. Kerch
  2. Feodosia
  3. Belogorsk
  4. Simferopol
  5. Bakhchisaray
  6. Sevastopol

The length of the path is 250 kilometers. Thanks to modern infrastructure, the journey from Kerch to Simferopol will take no more than 2 hours. If you need to get to Sevastopol, then the driver will spend no more than 3 hours on the road.
It is planned to create 6 launch sites. At the same time, the work on creating interchanges is divided into stages:

  • At the first stage, the length of the path will be 70.8 km. The beginning of the route is laid in the area of the junction of the Crimean bridge. The stage ends in the village of Primorsky.
  • Second phase. The section of the road will be 50 kilometers and it will end at the next junction. Here the road leaves for Belogorsk-Lgovskoye and reaches the village of Lgovskoye.
  • At the third stage the path length is 35.6 km. From the village to the road leading to Simferopol and Feodosia. This is the area of Belogorsk.
  • Stage 4. The length of the journey is 27.5 km. From the road to Simferopol to the road leading to Bakhchisaray and Sevastopol.
  • Stage 5. 24.7 km. The route bypasses Simferopol and continues to move towards Sevastopol.
  • stage 6. 28.9 km. The end of the journey is in Sevastopol.

In total, it is planned to create 17 interchanges for transport along the route. At the same time, 90 bridges and overpasses will be built.

Road characteristics

How will the Tavrida highway pass on the map of Crimea? When planning, calculations were made of the strength of the road surface, which was expressed in the load on the road. The indicator was taken from 21 to 39 thousand cars in 24 hours.

What are the characteristics of the new road connecting Kerch and Sevastopol:

  1. as a cover asphalt concrete is used;
  2. The road under construction is category IB;
  3. The speed limit on the highway is 120 km/h;
  4. 4 lanes will be laid for vehicle traffic. 2 lanes will lead towards Sevastopol, the other 2 lanes towards Kerch. At the same time, the flows are planned to be divided;
  5. On the road "Tavrida" there is no provision for creating a single-level intersection with other roads.
  6. Will be built bridges, overpasses;
  7. The designers made it so that the track does not pass through settlements, trying to avoid them as much as possible;
  8. For the convenience of pedestrians overpasses will be built.

Construction progress of the Taurida road

The creation of the route began immediately after the approval of the plan and estimate. Construction is ongoing around the clock. Road workers do not have days off, because the road moves quickly. All works planned by the estimate are carried out on time, without delays and stops.

The project implementation is divided into 7 stages. 6 stages of construction will pass through the territory Crimean peninsula. The last and final stage will pass through Sevastopol. The route is supposed to have 4 lanes. The first two lanes are expected to open in December 2018. This will be the completion of stages 1 to 4. The remaining 4 lanes will be open by the 12th month of 2020.

The first phase of construction is underway. A section of the road, 70.8 km long, is being prepared: embankments are being made for the main course. Passing engineering communications are being altered. Small-flange pipes for water are being laid. The foundation of the road is laid, consisting of geotextiles and gravel. Interchange bridges and tunnel overpasses are also being built.

As of January 2018, asphalt has been laid on a stretch of 24 km. And a piece of two-way traffic was made.

Work is also underway at the second stage, where the road section is 50 m long. Here, 13.5 km of the road, also 2 lanes, have already been asphalted. Now earthworks are being carried out, engineering communications are being changed and redone, overpasses and interchange bridges are being built.

At the third site, they are working on a storm sewer device. Preparations are underway for the subgrade, the installation of rain sewers, and the embankment of gravel. Asphalt covers 10 km out of 25.6 km.

Fifth stage. The general contractor creates infrastructure along the road. The route is also being improved with the installation of lighting lanterns. Both single-horn and 2-horn are installed.

In April 2018, the road workers reported that 88 kilometers were covered with asphalt without asphalt concrete. The readiness of the project is estimated at 29 percent.

As of the 7th month of 2018, 97.7 kilometers are covered with asphalt. This is where the first stage ends and the second stage of construction begins, where they can report on 39.4 kilometers of the route that are under asphalt.

As of September 2018, builders say that the track is only 38% ready. If we look at the sections, then the section where the road comes to Simferopol. This road will open to traffic at the end of 2018.

When will the Tavrida highway in Crimea open?

The final launch of the route is planned for the end of 2020. But during the entire construction period, separate sections will be opened for the promotion of cars. The opening is divided into two stages:

  1. At the end of the current year (2018) should start two-lane traffic. In total, there will be 4 lanes on the track;
  2. The second section leading from the mountain with named "Sugar Loaf" to the road connecting Sevastopol and Yalta. A final decision has not been made on this section of the route, since even the design documentation is not ready.

Where there are no settlements, the road will increase to 4 lanes. The maximum allowed speed will be 120 km/h. Inside the settlements, the Tavrida highway will merge into existing roads.

Construction cost

Preliminary calculations showed the need to provide 139 billion rubles. From the budget Russian Federation 14.36 billion were allocated to continue the creation of the Tavrida highway.

Finds during the construction of the track

The Crimean peninsula is a place where every centimeter of land contains various artifacts. What names were found during the construction of the bridge:

  • At the very beginning of the project were excavated things belonging to the Bosporan kingdom. It happened on the Tiriktan shaft. Disputes are ongoing about what kind of massive structure it is.
    Along with other finds, shaft attachment systems were found. Artifacts are attributed to the 4th-3rd century BC;
  • Was first warehouse discovered;
  • On the southeast side of the city Kerch mound discovered.

Gradually, they moved from ancient artifacts to the events of our time. For example, a stone bridge built by Catherine II. This is both the bridge and the excavation of part of the road.
In the Belogorsk region, a karst cave was discovered.

Acting Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov handed over to journalists design scheme of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway.

At the end of November, the head of the Sevastopol government announced that this part of the route was planned to be laid along a new territory that had not previously been used for logistics purposes - from Verkhnesadovoe straight to the outskirts of Inkerman.

Thus, it will be possible not only to reduce the length of the expensive route by a third and the travel time to the city, but also to avoid the demolition of residential buildings. On the other hand, the proposed scheme demonstrates that most of the section will pass through the "green" zone. What kind of forests are there and will the environment be damaged?

The Tavrida highway in Sevastopol is represented by two sections - 7 and 8. According to the scheme, they go around the villages through forest and mountainous areas. Plot No. 7 starts at the border Bakhchisarai region from the village of Verkhnesadovoe(included in Sevastopol). The existing highway partially passes through this village, and the Tavrida highway, according to the scheme, completely goes around it on the left side.

The place there is relatively flat, and then small mountains no more than 50 meters high above the level of the valley. Passing these mountains, if necessary, will not be very difficult - limestone columns go there, they are quite easily sawn through.

Then the route goes to the zone of Mekenzievskoe forestry, almost parallel to the power lines. This forest is not included in the specially protected areas of Sevastopol, construction is allowed there. Basically, oak and hornbeam up to ten meters high grow in this forest. These are not Red Book plants. But from those trees that are listed in the Red Book, there is prickly juniper. It can be cut down, respectively, the payment to the environmental fund will be higher than that of oak and hornbeam.

The forest area is also not uniform, there are several beams, so you need to carry out a vertical layout. Most likely, they will make viaducts and add soil.

5 interchanges on the access road to the bridge to the Crimea >>

The passage of the route through the territory of the forestry is a violation of the forest ecosystem. Therefore, corridors will be built that take into account the migration of animals, so that the road is not a barrier in terms of the ecosystem.

The historical and archaeological significance of this area will be taken into account. After all, active battles were fought in this area on the way to Sevastopol during the Great Patriotic War. Archaeologists will definitely work on the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway before the start of construction to preserve the found archaeological values and ensure the safety of the work.

Section No. 7 ends in the Sugar Loaf Mountain area. In this place, it is planned to build an interchange with access to the presidential highway and to section No. 8, which descends from the mountain and bypasses the village of the same name on the left side.

The height difference between the mountain and the valley is about 100 meters. Here you need to solve the problem of slope. Somewhere the road bites into the rock, somewhere on the contrary - you need to pour it. A tunnel is considered as an option.

Kerch crossing: instructions for tourists >>

After the section near Sugarloaf, the road will enter agricultural land and cross the Chernaya River. Further, the route enters the vineyards of one of the Crimean wineries, which will have to be cut down. Then merges with an interchange on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway near the turn to the village of Ternovka.

Design and survey work on the Sevastopol section is carried out by the design organization of the selected construction contractor - CJSC "VAD". At the moment, design is underway for the 7th section of the Tavrida highway, and the tracing of the 8th section has already been determined, which will connect it with the city. However, before final approval, this scheme will be submitted for public hearings in the 1st quarter of this year. Sevastopol residents will be able to voice their proposals and make changes.

The designer estimated the cost of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway at more than 15 billion rubles. This amount is subject to justification and reduction.

P.S. On December 8, 2017, the official opening of the construction and reconstruction of the Kerch-Feodosiya-Belogorsk-Simferopol-Bakhchisaray-Sevastopol highway, km 253+500 - km 269+300, Sevastopol took place. new road is the seventh stage of construction and reconstruction of the Tavrida highway.

The new section of the Tavrida highway will pass through the territory of Sevastopol: from km 40 + 578 of the existing highway H-06 Simferopol - Bakhchisaray - Sevastopol to km 16 + 320 of the highway R-27 Sevastopol - Inkerman past the villages of Verkhnesadovoye, Pirogovka and Frontovoye.

August 22, 2018, the construction of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway is on schedule:

The project provides for the construction of a two-level transport interchange, an overpass and a bridge across the Belbek River. The actual length of the section will be 13.25 km. It will be a four-lane highway of technical category 1 B with an estimated speed of up to 120 km/h.

At present, within the framework of the project, the clearing of the right of way from forests and shrubs, the construction of a subgrade, the installation of culverts, the construction of temporary warehouses and modular buildings are being carried out. Road construction works are preceded by inspection and cleaning of the territory from explosive objects, as well as archaeological surveys.

In accordance with the contract, the construction of the facility is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
