1. Accommodation.
I do not advise those who are demanding on comfort to rest in Primorye. We rested in building 1, in the room " superior comfort", and I can say that even in it, only air conditioning, furniture and a not too small area of \u200b\u200bthe room are of comfort. Although the air conditioner hangs very uncomfortable - right above your head - you won’t be able to sleep in the cool - you will catch a cold.
The bathroom is depressing. At that time, "when spaceships plow the expanses of the universe" (c) the bathroom is a kennel with a toilet bowl, a sink and a shower tray, a plastic shower head, and, apparently, like all plumbing equipment, it is quite old. But, in principle, we are not picky, this did not spoil our vacation, but only a little amused :))
2. Service.
In general, it's ok. But we must remind you that it's time to change the towels. Beach towels are rented for hryvnia per day.
Employees are not always able to give answers to questions (in general, what is done in the boarding house and where to find out what is not always easy :))
The elevator operates under the GZOT - up to 20 hours and with a lunch break.
Hot water on schedule, and very inconvenient. But, in a couple of days, we got used to washing with cold water, since the weather was very hot, and the water was not icy. It’s only inconvenient with a child - you can’t go anywhere in the evening for a long time, you always need to remember that the water is until 21 o’clock and you have to wash the child in time.
3. Nutrition
For food - no complaints. Not too varied, without frills, but quite tasty and homely. Kefir-ryazhenka is very tasty, though they are poured into very small "drinks" :) There are few pastries - and that's great!!! you will not get fat (combined with breaks in the operation of the elevator - this is a big plus! :)
4. Beach.
We never understood - our own beach, not our own beach. In the morning they let people in with passes, and closer to dinner - everyone in a row.
The beach is clean, covered with awnings. Sunbeds - 25 hryvnia per day, canopy - 40 hryvnia per day. And they are rented only for a day, even if you use them for 2 hours - if you please, pay for the day. Cleverly thought out.
5. Pool - horror, horror ...
6. Entertainment, sports - we were not interested, because We had enough excursions and walks around the neighborhood.

TOSK "Primorye" - favorite place rest of tourists, to which they return again and again. What do they appreciate? - certainly a great location - in the very center of Koktebel, proximity to the sea - the territory goes directly to private beach. Fine developed infrastructure- everything is at hand, and the pool, and sports, and entertainment. And all this is at the disposal of only the tourists of "Primorye", because the territory (11 hectares) and the beach are carefully guarded and you can enter there only with tourist cards. The territory is park, cozy, full of flowers and tropical trees.

We lived in a cottage, 2-room suite. Normal repair, good furniture, everything you need is there: air conditioning, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, kettle, cups, glasses, beach towels... I didn't have enough hangers in the closet. Linen was changed every 5 days, wet cleaning about the same, towels as needed. Trash was taken out daily. The bed was not made. The territory is large. many rose bushes, various coniferous plants. Gardeners are trying to ennoble the flower beds. But there are also neglected areas. Several buildings are abandoned. There is a playground for basketball, football, tennis, but the surface is old asphalt, you can break your legs ((There are 2 pools on the territory - for children and adults + jacuzzi. The water is cold both there and there. There is a bar (tea, coffee, cold hibiscus, lemon drink). City beach, small pebbles, sun loungers are free with a bracelet. Quite clean, there are special smoking areas. No one lies next to you and smokes, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a playground, not bad, there is where to release energy)) In the evening children's animation: dances, songs. The girls are trying. Dining room. Buffet. Friendly paramedics will always give practical advice and help if necessary. We stayed in July 2018. We lived in the 2nd building in a 2-room apartment. Towels are changed regularly according to the schedule, wet cleaning in the room was not carried out every day. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but there were not always enough places near the pool. The location to the sea is wonderful, the beach is clean, minus - a lot of smoking areas, which are located directly on the beach! It is unpleasant for a non-smoker and a vacationer with a child, smoking areas should be located away from the beach. In the dining room, the food is varied, always fresh vegetables, fruits, as soon as the dish was over, they promptly brought fresh. The only thing is that there are few dairy products, only rice-curd casserole made from cottage cheese. Within walking distance of the embankment, water park, dolphinarium, attractions, stalls. Regarding the illness of children, I agree, they faced intestinal infection, which is unpleasant!

And all this fuss at one in the morning, although the check-in during the day - everything should be ready. It just horrified me - a dryer in a damp toilet. The morning began in walking around the administration with a request to provide conditions for drying wet clothes. In the end - thanks to the accountant Olga (the director left), who quickly resolved the issue and the carpenter pulled the ropes outside the window. I advise you to go to the 1st building, when you check into the 2nd building, be prepared for economic problems: there is no reception, control over the maids too. And it doesn’t matter that during the 17 days of staying in the bathroom the light bulb burned out 6 times, because the most important thing is your own positive attitude. The location of the complex in the village of Koktebetel is one of the best - everything is within walking distance: a dolphinarium, an aquarium, a water park, a market, shops, tents, restaurants, canteens. The beach is located 100 meters from the building.
