In Crimea, work continues on the construction of the main highway of the peninsula. The first stage of the first stage of the route "Tavrida" in a two-lane version, it is almost prepared for the start of traffic. Now, on the 65-kilometer section, work is underway to install a barrier fence, equip the road, and install road signs.
The project provides that the first launch complex of the Tavrida route, which is launched in December this year, will have 46 stops public transport. As the representative of the general contractor clarified, at the first stage, it remains to asphalt small sections at the junction with artificial structures and a section of about 800 meters long on the bypass of the village of Gornostaevka. On the section from the zero picket of the first stage to the road junction in the village of Bagerovo, the second stage of the route is being reconstructed: the old asphalt concrete pavement is being dismantled, the subgrade is being arranged, and new asphalt is being laid. According to a representative of the general contractor, the main work on the construction of the Bagerovskaya junction has been completed in full: on a total area of 16,000 m², an asphalt concrete pavement was completed, with the exception of the top layer. The total readiness of the track today is 41%. The readiness of the first stage is 82%. At stages 1-4 from Kerch to Simferopol, more than 160 km of two-lane asphalt concrete were laid. The construction of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway began on December 14, 2017. In accordance with the project, a section of the road with a length of 13.25 km will include one interchange at different levels, two overpasses and a bridge crossing.
At present, work on the survey and cleaning of the territory from explosive objects has been completed at the facility, and archaeological surveys have been carried out. The reconstruction of communication networks has been completed in full, work is underway to build a subgrade and strengthen slopes, install spillways and pavement layers, and rebuild the main high-pressure gas pipeline. The overall readiness of the facility is 27%. In accordance with the contract, work on the construction and reconstruction of the Sevastopol section of the highway will be completed simultaneously with work on other sections of the Tavrida highway - in 2020.
Recall that the Tavrida highway, 250.75 km long from Kerch to Sevastopol, will include 18 transport interchanges and 123 artificial structures. Works on the construction of the route are being carried out at a high pace around the clock. More than 1,000 pieces of equipment and more than 3,000 people are involved in the construction.

The Tavrida federal highway passing through Crimea is 30% ready. This was announced by the chairman of the state committee of the road economy of the republic Sergey Karpov. He noted that the construction of the road began on May 12, 2017, when the memorial stone was laid.
“A year later, we can sum up the first results: the Tavrida track has been built by 30% over its entire length, which is more than 250 km,” RIA Novosti quotes Karpov.
The department noted that the first stage of construction should be completed by the end of 2018. By that time, two lanes will be ready. The second stage (four lanes) will end at the end of 2020. Karpov stressed that the work is being carried out around the clock and in accordance with the schedule. “This is a huge building. Almost all the way to Kerch, machinery is working, people are working, the Tavrida track is being built at an accelerated pace. The Tavrida highway will connect Kerch with Simferopol and Sevastopol. But he could not fully justify himself without providing the possibility of an emergency delivery from Kerch to everything. Yes, this city was already an important transport hub in Soviet times. But its capacity was calculated for the limited flow of cars and trains through. Consequently, simultaneously with the construction, it was necessary to solve the problem of dispersing the cargo-delivery flow to large peninsular settlements at the federal level. The project is really large-scale - about 140 billion rubles have been allocated for its implementation. Many details will be incomprehensible to people far from road construction manipulations, but the most obvious facts about the future road will impress even a pedestrian:
To cross the pedestrian route, it is planned to equip overhead crossings. There should not be many pedestrians on it - "Tavrida" will not pass through settlements. In the burial mound of Sary-Su, a burial of Scythian warriors was found with an accurately dated amphora (the date of 340-336 BC was established by the master's mark).
