In front of the mansion to the south, towards the sea, spread the umbrella-shaped tops of the Italian pine. On the periphery, the park is bordered by a garden road, with branches branching off from it. In the eastern part of the park there is a large stadium planted with groups of Aleppo, Sudak and Italian pines, cypresses and other species and decorated with sculptures.
