Breakfast was not allowed before check-in (at that time we did not know what breakfast was). The biggest minus is BREAKFAST. Just disgusting, this is the first time I meet. First, there is no information anywhere (where, when, etc.). Turned out at 8:30. Somehow they found it. When we approached the breakfast counter, I was speechless)))) The staff does not have time to report and so a VERY modest breakfast. There was no longer any juice, no milk, no cheese (came at 9 am). In general, the assortment is approximately the same - juice, water, instant coffee, milk, cheese, ham, 2 types of rolls, boiled eggs, jam, butter and cereal. Constantly nothing is available, once they waited 20 minutes for replenishment. All in all, I've never seen a worse place. Too bad we paid for it. The second negative is the lack of hot water in the room (sometimes). In general, I liked the rest. The beach is wonderful. We flew for him.

We rested in this hotel in June, the season had not yet begun and there were not very many tourists in Crete yet, but almost all the rooms in the hotel were occupied, although this did not add any problems to us. We arrived early in the morning and we were immediately settled, and this is a huge plus, because many hotels do not check in guests until lunch, after the flight it is a dubious pleasure to walk for half a day before settling. The staff is not intrusive, the cleaner went at the same time and we tried to leave at this time so as not to interfere. We lived in a new building with a child, the room is spacious with all the necessary utensils. The pool was always clean, you can’t kick the children out of it all day, the only negative is that it was closed for chemical cleaning from 19-00. The beach is very close, if you go to the right, you can run into stones and get hurt, so it's better to stick to the center and the left edge of the beach. The sea, thanks to the bay, was very warm even in June. I liked the hotel and want to return to it.

The rooms are large, the window is full wall. We were with a child of 1.5 years - we were given an arena. The room has 2 beds - one large, one smaller. Hairdryer, air conditioning, shower, studio-style kitchen, dishes - everything is there. We didn’t take food, we ate in cafes - the food is good, the portions are large, for two you can meet 20-22 euros for dinner. The sea is 5 minutes away, full of shops, everywhere everything is in Russian, they also understand Russian. Shops and cafes accept cards, there is an ATM, but it did not work. There is also a doctor nearby, a pharmacy, a souvenir shop, and household goods. The supermarket has diapers and baby food, but 2 times more expensive than ours. We were in mid-June, the sea was cool at first, warmed up at the end of the holiday. The air warmed up from 25 to 32. There was no rain. At first there were very few people, then more. Lots of Russians and French, many with small children. The infrastructure is well adapted for children. Bali is not a party place, if you need discos, it will be boring. The beach is small, full of sunbeds, the entrance to the water is gentle, the sand is shelly. From the minuses - there are ants on the territory of the hotel, but they are everywhere on the island, they do not crawl into the room if the door is closed.

Liked the hotel. I got number 13, this is the lowest floor in the building where the reception is located. settled us right away... Apartments for one person are just gorgeous. Two TVs, two beds. If you want to lie down in the studio, but if you want in the bedroom :) even two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower (there is a hairdryer), shampoo and gel were our own, only soap was put here. The hotel has three buildings, two swimming pools with umbrellas and sun loungers and a cafe with a bar overlooking the beach. The location is very good, everything is close at hand .... There are many shops, such mini-markets in which everything from food to souvenirs ... If you want to see the surroundings, it's better to take a car ... there is a rental at every step. I didn’t cook much because I was too lazy, but I saw that they were relaxing with the children and preparing lunches and dinners themselves ... A steam locomotive with wagons runs around the village, if you are too lazy to walk, then you can ride! If I get the chance, I will definitely come here again.
