Tavria road. Highway "Tavrida" - another engineering miracle of the Crimea

In Crimea, on June 27, traffic was opened on the second section of the Tavrida high-speed federal highway, which will connect the Kerch bridge, Simferopol and Sevastopol.

On Wednesday, in the Belogorsk region, traffic will be transferred from the section of the old Kerch-Feodosiya-Simferopol highway to the six-kilometer section of the new Tavrida highway, - said Chairman of the State Committee road infrastructure RK Sergey Karpov.

He clarified that the technical bypass of traffic is performed by the general contractor under the contract. This is done so that the road builders have the opportunity to start the second phase of the construction of the route.

The first 6.5-kilometer section of the route was opened for traffic in May 2018, simultaneously with the launch of traffic on the Crimean bridge.

It is planned that traffic on two lanes of the Tavrida from Kerch to Simferopol will open in December 2018. Commissioning of all four lanes of the road to Sevastopol is scheduled for December 2020.

By "Tavrida" it will be possible to accelerate to 120 kilometers per hour.

Recall that the road is being built around the clock. More than 1 thousand units of special equipment and more than 3 thousand people work. About 50% of employees are Crimeans, the rest are residents of other regions of the Russian Federation.

Asphalt concrete is produced for the construction of the highway in the Crimea. Next to construction site different areas peninsula opened asphalt plants. ABZ "Kerch" was put into operation in June 2017. The Batalnoye asphalt plant was launched next - it began work in September, the Tsvetochnoye asphalt plant began operating in October, followed by the Stariy Krym asphalt plant in November. Another plant was commissioned in May 2018.

The length of the route is 237.5 kilometers

Travel speed - 120 kilometers per hour

Number of lanes - 4

Lane width - 3.5 meters

The smallest width of the dividing lane is 2.75 meters

Curb width - 3.5 meters

Number of transport interchanges - 17

Number of bridges and overpasses - 90

Number of ground pedestrian crossings - 30

Now everyone is wondering when it will be ready highway "Tavrida", which promises to bring the transport network of Crimea to new level, and which has already been christened Third construction site of the century(after Crimean bridge and the new terminal of the airport "Simferopol").

The relevance of an autobahn of this level has increased dramatically since launch of the Crimean bridge mid-May 2018. Crimea has not experienced such an influx of cars, probably, in its entire history. And unpreparedness transport infrastructure led to serious congestion of existing roads and large traffic jams, starting right at the exit from the bridge.

This situation is mutually disliked by both residents and guests of the peninsula, to say nothing of transport companies. But there is hope that the opening of the modern highway "Tavrida" will significantly ease the traffic congestion of the Crimean roads.

During the construction of the Tavrida highway, it has literally become overgrown with various rumors and myths, so we tried to understand the current situation and find out when the route will open.

Terms of construction and readiness of the road "Tavrida" - when is the opening?

According to the news, "Tavrida" is almost ready! More precisely, its first stage in a two-lane version along the Kerch-Simferopol route. In early September, the builders of the route of the century reported about the readiness of the first stage by 72%.

Thus already by the end of the year the two-lane part of the route will work. The second stage - a four-lane autobahn to Sevastopol is planned to be completed by 2020.

The first significant transport event took place on September 5, 2018 — opening a route fragment"Tavrida" - an interchange near the Crimean bridge is open for travel.

Scheme "Tavrida"

In general, the road of the first category "Tavrida" will become a new level of development of the transport infrastructure of the peninsula. Its length will be 250 km, and taking into account its modern infrastructure, it will be possible to get from Simferopol to Kerch and vice versa in just two hours, and the journey from the Kerch bridge to the hero city of Sevastopol will be three hours.

The official scheme of the track "Tavrida" was published last year. The route of the central autobahn of the peninsula includes big cities Crimea, bypassing the resort areas:

  • ● Kerch;
    ● Feodosia;
    ● Belogorsk;
    ● Simferopol;
    ● Bakhchisaray;
    ● Sevastopol.

It's no secret that the state of the Crimean transport system leaves much to be desired. From year to year, according to the results of surveys conducted by the Ministry of Tourism of Crimea, the first item on the list of tourists' dissatisfaction is the condition of the roads. Against the backdrop of the opening of the bridge, existing roads can not cope with the influx of cars.

We sincerely hope that the opening of the first stage of the Tavrida highway, which is expected in the next three months, will have a beneficial effect on the development of our region, the tourist satisfaction of the guests of the peninsula and will allow transport companies to carry out transportation in Crimea at an even higher level.

Construction of the federal highway "Tavrida"

The Crimean high-speed federal highway "Tavrida" will be completed by 2020. The first part of the road, Kerch-Simferopol, will be put into operation along with the opening of the Krechinsky bridge in 2018, the rest and final part will be completed by 2020. It is expected that this will be one of the most beautiful highways south of Russia!

Work has already begun and a lot has been done, we will talk about this later, on March 30, 2017, all design and estimate documentation was ready, plus a feasibility study and financial audit were also completed.

What will be the new Tavrida track:

The length of the route will be 280 kilometers, the road will pass from Kerch to Sevastopol. The track of the first category, equipped with four lanes and high-quality road surface, made according to all modern standards. Supports with lighting and a concrete separator will be installed along the entire route.

According to all plans, for 40 years Tavrida will not need any repair, expansion or reconstruction. The speed on the highway will be 120 km/h. What Crimea is missing!

Where will the Tavrida track be held.

The route starts from Kerch in the direction of such villages as Lugovoye and Batalnoe, reconstruction has already been made there old track and it's coming to an end new site road to the village of Vladislavovka. In the Belogorsk and Kirovsky districts, the motorway was laid in a new place, where it will enter the current Belogorsk-Simferopol highway, which is already being reconstructed and expanded in accordance with the requirements of the first category highway. From Belogorsk, the motorway will run towards Pionersky, south of Simferopol, after which it will connect with the highway at South coast Crimea and the city of Yalta. Then the road will come to the village Pleasant date. The highway will also pass around Bakhchisaray. In more detail, in the schemes for passing the Tavrida route, you can find out from the current on this moment information.

What is the Tavrida highway for?

The route will be located bypassing all settlements, as well as protected areas of the peninsula, forming a single transport system. It is planned that the reconstruction of the highway "Don" - namely, bringing it to category 1 (permitted speed of cars 120 km / h) as well as access to the Kerch bridge, which will connect the resorts of Crimea with the high-speed corridor of Moscow and Saint Petersburg and other passing cities of Russia. The cost of the Tavrida project should not exceed 140 billion rubles. The inhabitants of Crimea are very much looking forward to the start of a historic infrastructure project, which in its magnitude will forever change the peninsula.

For a couple of years, the inhabitants of Crimea have been waiting for a new, fast, good, convenient road from Kerch to Sevastopol. Land speculators are eager to make money on the resale of plots that the state ( Russian Federation) will be forced to redeem from the owners under the exclusion zone.
There are a lot of publications about the new federal highway TAVRIDA in the press, but here is an accurate map, how will her route , through which settlements, was not published until December 2016. Today, all village councils have already posted accurate data on the alienation of land plots for construction with the exact names and addresses of their owners.
There are a lot of visits to this page, great interest, how the Taurida highway will pass near Simferopol, what exits to the federal highway Taurida South (Alushta and Yalta) will be from the Crimean bridge and from Sevastopol. The most simple and pleasant, informative and interesting option to get such knowledge and photos - to go by jeep. Well, or on the way to the route of an individual excursion, to a corporate rent a jeep. Siberians are building autobahns in the Crimea - this is a feast for the eyes, the black earth is removed separately, all types of soil are sorted into huge piles, the finished sections of the highway are smooth and clean as glass.

At the end of January, a map of the SCAD of the Simferopol Ring Road was published highway.

The yellow line is the site under construction, the gray line is the design.

Today, the scheme of transport interchanges from Simferopol airport to the west to Bakhchisaray and Sevastopol, and to the south to Alushta and Yalta is clear. These schemes were developed at the KrymNIIproject Institute at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s. From time to time, politicians, like the already forgotten Kunitsyn, dragged them into the yellow Crimean press.

Now things are moving towards a real alienation of land for new road construction. The most interesting is the new site in the Belogorsk district near the village of Prolom. The latest news of 2017 with photos and videos of construction can be seen in the new review:

Presentations of the project are being held in various settlements of Crimea.

========================

Just in case, let me remind you of my logistics scheme for Crimea, it is based on decentralization, equal opportunities for the development of all villages and regional centers of the peninsula. Only such a cellular structure of roads can save Simferopol, the city has long been uninhabitable.

    Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov held a meeting with residents of the village of Sovkhozny Ukromnensky rural settlement of the Simferopol region, whose land fall into the right-of-way for construction of the federal highway "Tavrida".

    In his opening speech, Sergey Aksyonov noted that each of the inhabitants of this locality, whose real estate falls into the area of the construction of the route, an alternative will be provided. " None of you should get hurt. I understand that moving is a huge stress for you and your families. Our goal is to make everyone happy in the end. I promise that there will be an individual approach to everyone, we will talk about all the nuances. I am ready to personally meet with you all, sit down and determine the format in which at least Better conditions than you had", - explained the Head of the Crimea.

    At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that there was no possibility to move the route around this settlement. " There is a program for the development of the Republic of Crimea, all transfers are associated with a colossal expenditure of budget funds", - said the Head of the Republic.

    According to Oleg Kazurin, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the construction of the Tavrida highway consists of several stages: four stages go to Simferopol, the fifth stage goes around Simferopol, the sixth one goes to the border with the city of Sevastopol. " There are certain difficulties that we have encountered. "Tavrida" passes through your rural settlement, through your land plots and your real estate. Therefore, today we need to listen to the initiative group, which represents the opinion of all residents of this rural settlement, and finally determine the issue with each and evaluate the opportunities that the republic can provide", - explained the Deputy Prime Minister.

    REFERENCE. The new four-lane highway "Tavrida" will connect Kerch, where a bridge across the strait will be built, with Simferopol and Sevastopol. The first stage of the highway construction (when Kerch bridge the flow of cars will be launched) is scheduled to be completed by end of 2018 year, the second (when passenger and freight trains begin to run at the Kerch transport crossing) – by the end of 2020. The marginal cost of Tavrida is 138.9 billion rubles in the prices of the first quarter of 2016.

Acting Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov handed over to journalists design scheme Sevastopol section trails "Tavrida".

At the end of November, the head of the Sevastopol government announced that this part of the route was planned to be laid along a new territory that had not previously been used for logistics purposes - from Verkhnesadovoe straight to the outskirts of Inkerman.

Thus, it will be possible not only to reduce the length of the expensive route by a third and the travel time to the city, but also to avoid the demolition of residential buildings. On the other hand, the proposed scheme demonstrates that most of the section will pass through the "green" zone. What kind of forests are there and will the environment be damaged?

The Tavrida highway in Sevastopol is represented by two sections - 7 and 8. According to the scheme, they go around the villages through forest and mountainous areas. Plot No. 7 starts at the border Bakhchisarai region from the village of Verkhnesadovoe(included in Sevastopol). The existing highway partially passes through this village, and the Tavrida highway, according to the scheme, completely goes around it on the left side.

The place there is relatively flat, and then small mountains no more than 50 meters high above the level of the valley. Passing these mountains, if necessary, will not be very difficult - limestone columns go there, they are quite easily sawn through.

Then the route goes to the zone of Mekenzievskoe forestry, almost parallel to the power lines. This forest is not included in the specially protected areas of Sevastopol, construction is allowed there. Basically, oak and hornbeam up to ten meters high grow in this forest. These are not Red Book plants. But from those trees that are listed in the Red Book, there is prickly juniper. It can be cut down, respectively, the payment to the environmental fund will be higher than that of oak and hornbeam.

The forest area is also not uniform, there are several beams, so you need to carry out a vertical layout. Most likely, they will make viaducts and add soil.

5 interchanges on the access road to the bridge to the Crimea >>

The passage of the route through the territory of the forestry is a violation of the forest ecosystem. Therefore, corridors will be built that take into account the migration of animals, so that the road is not a barrier in terms of the ecosystem.

The historical and archaeological significance of this area will be taken into account. After all, active battles were fought in this area on the way to Sevastopol during the Great Patriotic War. Archaeologists will definitely work on the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway before the start of construction to preserve the found archaeological values and ensure the safety of the work.

Section No. 7 ends in the Sugar Loaf Mountain area. In this place, it is planned to build an interchange with access to the presidential highway and to section No. 8, which descends from the mountain and bypasses the village of the same name on the left side.

The height difference between the mountain and the valley is about 100 meters. Here you need to solve the problem of slope. Somewhere the road bites into the rock, somewhere on the contrary - you need to pour it. A tunnel is considered as an option.

Kerch crossing: instructions for tourists >>

After the section near Sugarloaf, the road will enter agricultural land and cross the Chernaya River. Further, the route enters the vineyards of one of the Crimean wineries, which will have to be cut down. Then merges with an interchange on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway near the turn to the village of Ternovka.

Design and survey work on the Sevastopol section is carried out by the design organization of the selected construction contractor - CJSC "VAD". At the moment, design is underway for the 7th section of the Tavrida highway, and the tracing of the 8th section has already been determined, which will connect it with the city. However, before final approval, this scheme will be submitted for public hearings in the 1st quarter of this year. Sevastopol residents will be able to voice their proposals and make changes.

The designer estimated the cost of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway at more than 15 billion rubles. This amount is subject to justification and reduction.

P.S. On December 8, 2017, the official opening of the construction and reconstruction of the Kerch-Feodosiya-Belogorsk-Simferopol-Bakhchisaray-Sevastopol highway, km 253+500 - km 269+300, Sevastopol took place. new road is the seventh stage of construction and reconstruction of the Tavrida highway.

The new section of the Tavrida highway will pass through the territory of Sevastopol: from km 40 + 578 of the existing highway H-06 Simferopol - Bakhchisaray - Sevastopol to km 16 + 320 of the highway R-27 Sevastopol - Inkerman past the villages of Verkhnesadovoye, Pirogovka and Frontovoye.

August 22, 2018, the construction of the Sevastopol section of the Tavrida highway is on schedule:

The project provides for the construction of a two-level transport interchange, an overpass and a bridge across the Belbek River. The actual length of the section will be 13.25 km. It will be a four-lane highway of technical category 1 B with an estimated speed of up to 120 km/h.

At present, within the framework of the project, the clearing of the right of way from forests and shrubs, the construction of a subgrade, the installation of culverts, the construction of temporary warehouses and modular buildings are being carried out. Road construction works are preceded by inspection and cleaning of the territory from explosive objects, as well as archaeological surveys.

In accordance with the contract, the construction of the facility is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
